Did you not read what I said...
What you just said is not a fair comparison...
you are comparing Proc + Memory controller to intels Proc only...
intel has the memory controller seperate, which uses power, which means when you add those two together (for a comparable chip+features) AMD wins.
try to pay attention this time
ahh, but Intel doesnt use less power:
Intel chip power usage only counts the power of the chip.
AMD includes the on die memory controller. So if you add that factor and usage to the intel specs (for comparable features) then AMD is better...
That shows you know very little about the Supreme court...
Basically whoever is appointed is gonna break party lines and do what they want. They dont have to worry about those party allegiances anymore because the Supreme Court is the end of the line, there is nothing more...so they can truely do whatever the hell they feel is good and basically both sides gravitate towards the middle.
So Bush's appointment is at most, inconsequential and at the least, immaterial..
I always find the the IANAL tags to be pointless...
What person would believe legal advice from a forum post...
The person doing the posting cant get in trouble
"your honor, how was i supposed to know this "anonymous coward" didnt know what he was talking about"
i live in what would be a highly religious area. and yet day to day. religion plays no role in local, state and from what i have seen federal...
basically most people bitch about religion as if it has far reaching effects when in reality it really doesnt, they are just jaded over losing the last election.
um how about NASA being a pork barrel project...not nasa in theory but in practice...
the Shuttle for one... the insane waste of moeny in most of their projects...
in the last couple of years they managed to do a lot more on a limited budget instead of having unlimited cash to just blow.
Just goes to show you dont have a clue...
It may come as a shock, but really, the president cant do all that much good or bad to the country.
So get over the GBush suxxors cause that is all you sound like.
what in gods name are you talking about?
sorry, not everything in the world involves 9/11
and in you know, reality, very little actually changed post 9/11
what is sooo bad about government regulation?
i know the downfalls can occur, but the blanket statements of "the government is bad" is a bit stupid and shortsighted.
btw, there already is regulation on the internet.
Yes but you just said the republicans are backing this. This law is pro consumer which would go against the theory that republicans are pro big business.
OMG, you mean it was posted somewhere else within 24 hours prior.... OMG it might as well be a year ago now.
OMG they extended a limited amount of patents for three years not even retroactively...
WOW!
idiot
swing and a miss..... patents length is not being extended, copyright is...
What would use of software have to do with the GPL... The user does not have to accept the terms of the GPL to USE the software...

I never understood the childhood memories garbage...did you forget them or something? Does the new release somehow destroy what you already had?
Not to mention the ugly and useless case market...

Plutonium is good! It is fuel to be used for more energy...

well you can't fault symantec for this one too badly. sure they could have done better but it was on the side of caution and simply a mistake.
Looking into something humans would be utterly incapable of stopping? I dont think it is a pressing matter.

I would be more embarrased about the content of your post.

There is a difference between doing more for certain bits (which would not be expected) and making sure to do less (illegal and not to be expected)
