That and IE7 should be more secure, it may still have a raft of security flaws but it atleast should be more secure then IE6. The insecurity is not nessecarily caused by stupidity but lazyness / apathy. Now they have competition they're going to step up their game.

Microsoft is providing a useful service to public schools. A competitor could've stepped in and done it but they didn't. Also, can't a company ensure it's profitability anymore? If we had it your way companies would be forced to be improfitable to suit the uninformed anti-microsoft masses?

I believe pricing is more the main registrar's domain. That and any cost reductions to the registrars are offset by increasing costs from ICANN.

There was no way to export to .3ds, a requirement of many projects. Has such an export script been implemented yet?

but with Microsoft's stigma if such an aquisition did happen they might feel more pressured to deal with what people see as problems with Paypal.
