    Opera is faster without a doubt, the only problem is it's plain clunky. Poor layout (without the option of changing it [atleast the way I want]) of bookmarks, history and just layout things that make it a lesser browsing experience. Except for the speed.

    Oblivion had a somewhat decent magic creation system. With spells you had learnt you could create spells and give them attributes like:

    Target, - On touch, or ranged.
    Damage,
    Duration,
    e.t.c

    You could also make enchantments, so if you learnt fire, you could turn it into a fire enchantment on your helmet and kill yourself... or you could do more beneficial things.

    Every time someone replies with a comment like yours I get annoyed. Why?

    Because almost always the parent says "Different folks have different definitions of freedom." but the GPL-pushers refuse to acknowledge that those that prefer BSD may prefer for their own reasons. I have no doubt that they understand why others would prefer GPL, they just don't because of their own preference of 'freedom'.

    "it restricts -->you-- from restricting others" -- That's a restriction isn't it? Perhaps you view it as minor but OTHERS may view is as a significant factor.

    NoScript blocks certain activities by default without any option of re-enabling them. I used to use NoScript but after it interfered with a website I used regularly (this was on my NoScript allow list) I had to abandon it.

    Low interest rates means a struggling economy, normal interest rates at the indicator of a good economy. (The reason you have low interest rates is because the reserve bank reduced them significantly after 9/11 due to the economic impact).

    If by peak you mean oldest, you are dreadfully wrong. Infact, you're probably the bottom of the age demographic games are marketed to (18-34ish).

    If be peak you mean best, you're still probably wrong because you'll probably be equally swamped by school as by work, but atleast the older ones have more disposable income.

The beginning of your post seems like you're trying to assert neutrality and look at the facts without a POV so that any point you make would be based on logic, unfortunately the vision of neutrality isn't going to stick around long for most people.
