    ok, than why are they not going after paypal for transaction history instead of ebay for the top sellers history? wouldnt going after paypal for transaction history be a little bit more on the most people will be ok with it because it is a bank? not abusing a private company to spend money of its own to do the work that generally a warrant is needed to obtain?

    the bank != ebay I dont give ebay my money to hold onto and act as my keeper. I pay ebay for a service, It is up to me to do the right thing and thats how it should be. It is beyond unreasonable to expect ebay to be able to do what is being asked here, and will obviously be asked from other governments if they say yes without driving up their cost, and in turn driving up our fees.

    if you suspect someone, you get a warrant, not a list of XX people who made more than YYY. Why should ebay do the cops job? now remember that ebay is in probably 95% of the countries on the planet. Why should ebay do the polices job in over 200 countries?

    no, id say it is slow due to the regulations put in place by the government. No one wants another mengele, but we are way over regulated. You should see the hoops you have to jump through simply as a document management system in the medical field, let alone the actual medical equipment

    do you know how to have a convo without talking down to people? I usually dont even bother to read user names (makes it easier to be impartial when reading comments) but your name stands out to me often when talking down to people. The kid said that his windows phone took 30 seconds to work, and you jump down his throat about all technical stuff that was not a part of his comment.

    bullshit. I remember a huge uproar over a app pulled by apple that sold you a ruby pic for some ungodly amount of cash (there was a slashdot article) and they just pulled a speech assistance app because of a lawsuit that was filed, not even final....

    why would i want to connect to itunes or the itunes appstore? android and blackberry cant connect to the itunes appstore either does that make them not compatible?

    If you want to use itunes (im not sure I know anyone who actually likes that piece of software, even some of the most rabid apple fans i know hate itunes) than you are stuck using apple, as you always were.

    funny thing, my buddy just went to upgrade to a razr maxx, The verizon rep tried to take away his unlimited plan claiming that they were not allowing the 4g plans to follow the grandfathered plan. After making 4 phone calls to different stores we finally got one to say we could keep the plan as soon as we mentioned sprints unlimited plan.

    oh yeah, and we have 2 family plans all maxed out (grandparent and a 6 person household) oh, and that was just MY data, not the data from the other phones

    so, again, how is this new plan helping me in anyway shape or form??
