People should not be punished for speaking out against the insanity of theologically charged violent acts. The death and strife that these religious sycophants are causing in our world should be punished. The worship of men in the sky should be treated like any other mental disorder.
Is there such a thing as a 'local monopoly'? If there isn't, the gov. should just pass a city law against it, then counter-sue the company on those grounds - then give them a choice between shutting up or shipping out.
I think young people could care less about IP because A: All the good ideas are taken anyways and B: Since they are all taken, how are us youngster's ever supposed to get ahead? Also, I'm completely disillusioned with capitalism. I think people should get 'partnership level wages' based on their position within the company, with the companies profit margin being mandated by the government and excess net profit being divided among employees each month. Minimum wage pisses me off, it's just another way of saying it's okay to fleece the people who actually create the products! And good luck finding a job with your new college diploma. If you get hired you'll wonder why you're learning a totally new skill set than you realized in college with that 20-40 grand you didn't have. College and University are a commercial business now, not education. So, when I download a Movie, a Game, or an App, or whatever, I do so knowing that the people that made it are richer than me, no matter how much they whine and cry about it, and I feel good that I am finally getting something from someone rather than always being taken from. It feels good to be my own Robin Hood.

Like someone can actually decide what is safe on the internet and what isn't. The uhh... level yellow B.S. made me really laugh. This, in a most American sense is what we call,'an opinion poll', which has, to their apperant misfortune, been lobbied by the staff responsible for this rediculous blunder. If opinions are worth anything it is of an equal worth. So to this funny bit of stupidity from one of the most intelligent centers of the collegiate architecture I say,'Pfffffft!'
