But all that's changed in tennis is McEnroe's endless rants about bad line calls. Tennis has never been better. Umpires should still call out/safe calls, but ball/strike should have been given to a computer long ago, especially seeing what an inconsistent job the umps do at it.
Which part would that be? The constitution does not say that church must be "separate" or even that they cannot support churches or other religious groups, only that the government cannot force everyone to go to the same church and burn everyone at the stake who believes otherwise (ie The Church of England at the time).
The rest of that was added by judges later.
You prefer a more modern interpretation of this Amendment. The Tea Partiers prefer a more classic definition. I assure you that no Tea Partier wants a Church of America to which everyone in America would give support upon penalty of death.
When I used to work from home, I had a company robocall me every day at 10AM exactly. I got so tired of it, that I finally listened. They wanted you to call them back and even then they still didn't want to tell me who they were. I finally asked the guy for a website and a number where I could call him back so that I could make sure they weren't phishing. He finally relented and I called him back and said, "Enjoy your $11,000 fine."
Most people didn't upgrade to Windows 95 very fast. I was doing desktop support to free low memory all over the place in 1996. I finally convinced them to do a nationwide Windows 95 upgrade.
For both cars and printers, this kind of thing has been successfully challenged in court. But for whatever reason, walled gardens are starting to be allowed on PCs.
Desktops are not going away. My wife does some business from home and needs a nice keyboard and mouse, monitor, printer/fax (try that on a tablet), etc. I just built her a screaming machine this weekend (compared to her 5-year-old HP) using the rebate specials from Fry's (esp. the 128GB Kingston SSD for $125). My 11-year-old daughter helped me build it.
Lots of people won't go to college, because they can't afford it. Smart employers will realize that some of the best candidates don't have a degree. Universities will start to become irrelevant for many jobs. It's already this way in software development. We don't even look at education when hiring, just experience.
Not be so aggressive about streaming that has several major (insurmountable?) obstacles. It IS the future, but how far in the future? As long as the studios are against it, you're putting your future into their greedy hands. That's a lack of control over your own destiny.
I have cancelled and returned numerous times, and they just keep your ratings around. My ratings are useless lately anyway. Since they put the new algorithm in, I get "You have rated 1028 movies! Please rate more movies to get suggestions." Huh?
Consciously or subconsciously, most doctors make more money by treating symptoms repeatedly than by curing people. All-in-one systems like Kaiser would be the exception, since they own the hospitals, insurance plan and everything, they are incentivized to actually cure you so you stop costing them so much money!!!
This is a big problem in medical and dental insurance in this country.
Portal was very good and Portal 2 was fantastic. And the gaming press didn't like them, but the Lego series is the most fun I've had gaming in over a decade.
And as a gamer, that's where they lost me. If I am with other people, I like to do things other than play games. I have enjoyed the Lego series with my daughters and also Super Mario Wii 2 at a time, but usually I game when I would otherwise be alone. I don't want to play with other people and I don't want a "railed" universe just because some guy spent 2 months on it.
I recently started replaying Ultima 3 because it's such an open world, with a series of tasks that can be done in virtually any order. They just don't make games like that anymore.

Search for "Pallywood".

I want to be a member of the UN! That's in New York! It would be hilarious if a judge ruled that they couldn't stop you from joining...
Because you ignore the secret shopper when they come in.

I worked at a company that got 8 $11,000 fines for a total of $88,000. They do follow up at donotcall.gov and they do fine.
The Cayman Islands, of course. Good luck with that...
It already is, but what is the FCC going to do about VOIP calls from India?
Have you tried switching to WiFi instead of 3G?
It would be VERY good for that.
This card couldn't touch the new Intel Graphics Family stuff, which is pretty decent ( http://www.anandtech.com/show/4083/the-sandy-bridge-review-intel-core-i7-2600k-i5-2500k-core-i3-2100-tested/11 ). Still, that would require a whole new system build at about $300 minimum, even using the built-in graphics. The card is probably less than that.

The social pressure against being a thief is very high in Japan. It is very low in many US communities.

You can't say "Creamy" if it doesn't have milk in it, but you can say "Unlimited" when it's limited. This country's nuts.

I'd subscribe to Netflix to watch that exclusive content...
No, they're not. Because the stock took a massive plunge thanks to the negative publicity which cost them more than the subscriber numbers.
