Yea sounds alot like the problem E.A. Games is was having but I think they Aussie people will handle it alot better and faster then E.A. did with there situation since they have that bad twist.
I agree when a Organization makes billions and is fined milllions that does nothing to hurt the giant organization.All it does it make lawyers rich and clog our juducial system but maybe that"s the point of all this since the little man can do pretty much nothing to stop it.
I think that Google may be breaking some laws if it were to show seceret Governemtn facilities like Area 51 I read somewhere awhile back that they took some photos in the Middle east that may have broken seom internation laws because they shows photos on seceret Government bases!
I think it"s a good concept and that the philisophy is right because there are alot of talented people out there who are just now showing off there abilities. Much of the talent is forced to work on company projects and not wha tthey have in there heart to want to design.
This in my opinon sets a bad standard for any local prosecutor to start timing content on servers. What happens if soemone never gets teh email to take it down? Or they upload content say they sent an email and come after you for big fines? There needs to be s set time and set way to conteact innocent bloggers and ISP"s and other sites the allow poeple to post freely on there sites.

Well that is one way to look at it but i think this means that people may be able to survive there!

Well I hope this is not true but it seems like your speaking from experience! The reason being I am in the same boat!
I agree it costs alot to get started but I think they will take off for edjucational systems around the world.
