It makes the time waiting for DNF much less painful. I know WoW has filled the void in my life that was spent scouring the web for tidbits for the best game never to make it to market.
And think it is the best browser available. However, everytime I click a link from Slashdot I get an error about "the server being unreachable". Slashdot must not be using the proper standards.
I remember an "experiment" in grade school where we took and ran a knitting needle through a balloon and surprise it POPPED. But then the teacher coated the needle with oil and was able to put the needle through it without it popping. No reason you couldn't apply a similar method to the inflatable station, but put the oil (or whatever self repairing space substance) in the walls of the station.
This is great and my hat off to FireFox. The problem I still see is the website developers need to support standards, not browsers. I use Opera on every site I can then use FireFox if I have to. If neither of the browsers work then I do not use the site. It sucks at times, but unless we put our mouse down and ignore the sites that are not cross platform/browser compatitable not much will change. I am a developer that has actually changed attitudes. My company writes code based on standards and if a browser doesn't work without major tweaks, then we don't support it. With that said we have had a lot of clients switch to FireFox and leave IE behind.
Why do I see the terms and services stating something along the line of "you give studio X permission to view a list of files/transactions using bitTorrent" now allowing them to see not only what you got legally, but also illegally. This just seems like a ploy to get you to provide them evidence for the lawsuit against you.
"the court finds that SCO has had ample opportunity to articulate, identify and substantiate its claims against SCO. "
I knew it was getting bad, but suing yourself? I think the attorneys are the ones making out.
With the WOW addiction keeping so many people in front of their computers for days on end every industry (especially the music industry{you here that RIAA go after gamers and leave the file sharers alone}) is suffering, except maybe the diaper industry.
Imagine a impact in a frozen tundra ejecting a chuck of ice containing, yup you guessed it, a frozen Caveman. Caveman makes the trip to Titan and remains frozen. The earth sends bots to terra form the moon and then astronauts. Upon landing and exiting their space craft they meet Brendan Fraiser after he thawed out do to the terraforming. Hilarity insues...
Would have been cheaper to wait for the Wii. Wave WiiMote in left hand for liberal and right right hand for conservative.
Better yet, I wonder if they will make IIS run on the ISS?!?!?

Atleast we know Isaac Asimov's Laws of not harming anyone will be followed.
It's called humor, get sense of it.

And is recycled back to the the top.
And atleast we now know why Vista was delayed, so they could sell Vista F1 Edition.
I didn;t figure it was a big deal. I thought maybe the judge was just prepping for the SCO v SCO case that will be their last hurrah.

Here in North Carolina we get thunderstorms all the time and my power nev

That is one great recruitment video for hiring developers to get Vista to launch.
