They have a bug (Merchandise Mania Limited in the UK who manage the google store) have admited to me on the telephone that it sometimes takes your money but loses the order. I have had this happen to me and have had to contact WorldPay (the financial authorisation intemedary) to get them to contact me (they have refused contact 3 times after empty promises).
Please be careful when ordering from them.
