There are many, many companies that do not have these problems. They create good engines, good software that works. They test it thoroughly and deliver a working product.

Even books get different editions and reprints and addenda sometimes becz it was missed first time round. What I am saying is, if the product performs well in its standard environment, a customer can't ask for money back. You cannot use a phone under water and say it broke.
On the other hand, if game developers are indeed running after bells and whistles instead of a well running game, they ought to be some way of compensation to the consumer, maybe a coupon or a free add-on, an not full money-back guarantee.

My opinion is it is almost a tie between Fennec and Safari on iPhone. Seeing how Fennec is still in beta and they did not have it on N900, I am sure the release version will be better.
