I'm a big fan of equal-opportunity leaking. If a government agency doesn't want me to see something funded by my tax dollars, I suddenly become very interested in whatever it is they are trying to cover up.

Wow, impressive ignorance. It sort of makes one wonder if slashmydots has ever even heard of the NSA. All phones, pretty much anywhere in the world can be hacked, backdoored, and/or turned into spy devices by the NSA.

You sell what the customers want, or they buy from someplace else.

Me, I won't buy a phone that doesn't have a headphone jack nor an SD card slot. The Huawei Mate SE (or Honor 7, or soon the Honor 8) provide excellent alternatives to the OnePlus 6T, at about half the price with nearly the same performance.

  5. Worse than Redhat's crushing, indifferent, incompetent bureaucracy? Maybe, but it's close.

I used to be a Redhat dev, pre IPO, and I worked with IBM for about 15 years With, not for. Trust me: IBM has top honors here re: crushing, indifferent, incompetent bureaucracies.

Oh, good. Now IBM can turn RH into AIX while simultaneously suffocating whatever will be left of Redhat's staff with IBM's crushing, indifferent, incompetent bureaucracy.

This is what we call a lose - lose situation. Well, except for the president of Redhat, of course. Jim Whitehurst just got rich.

If Americans weren't so divided the trolling wouldn't work. After decades of being told by establishment politicians and talking heads that the other half of the population is the enemy, it doesn't take much to push this over the edge.

Well, if Americans weren't so fucking stupid, they would not fall for the ages-old "divide & conquer" trick.

But they are, and they are getting more ignorant and stupid with each passing day.

The good news is that Darwin will take care of everything. We've earned Trump. We deserve Trump. I hope it hurts. A lot.
