    I second that.

    I have heard of D before, but now I went for a closer look, and just fell in love with it.
    I'm currently writing a Qonk clone in D, it's very elegant and comfortable to work with.

    The major problem is that it can't bind with C++ libraries (plain C works ok, my game even uses SDL, and I already tested a small OpenGL program too.)

    See an overview of D, and read about it's contract implementation.

    No complaints mostly means no frauds.

    I never heard of any fraud on electronic voting here, but I saw a lot of fraud back on the paper days. The fraud was acessible to everyone, now it's almost impossible, except for the higher officials.

    If you are going to count on paper, why go for eletronic voting in the first place?

    Here in Brazil we have eletronic voting since 1996, and with 100% national coverage since 2000.
    No paper trail, no re-count needed, almost-instant (the machines are not conected, the 3-1/2" 1.4MB disks have to travel back for the counting) results, and no complaints so far.

    Kiss my shiny underdeveloped ass!

    Vim is simply awesome, it's a daily rejoyce to work with it.

    Every minute spent learning it's multitude of features will save you a hundred minutes with gained produtivity. And it never stops, you allways learn a bit more everyday. There's nothing it can't do, you just haven't learned it yet. If you're lazy to study it's excelent documentation, just ask at vim@vim.org or #vim.

    It's in the top five best software ever, along with:
    - Linux, for saving my soul from Windows;
    - LaTeX, for saving my soul from Word;
    - Quake, for endless fun with my friends;
    - Screen, to master the text terminal environment.
