also on top of that some of them make you get cable guard or you will pay truck roll fee / some have even tried billing you $400+ for a box that is not working after a storm knocked your house down.
2gb to 4gb is small only about 30-60 min of 640x480 video with sound.
How about cable and sat boxes with the os + guide data in flash. So you don't have the long guide data reload time after the power goes off for a short time.
Also a 10 - 30 min live buffer on non dvr boxes in flash will be nice and the drv boxes can have more tuners and a HD.
Apple mini is also still over a YEAR OLD AT the same PRICE and hardware. $799.00 for a 2.00GHz cpu, 1gb of ram, dvdwr, 120GB hard drive, and gma 950. Also the chipset maxes out at 3gb of ram as well. Is a very big rip off as you can get a system with the e8400, 2-4gb of ram a mid-range video card, dvdrw, big and fast desktop HD, nice MB, firewire, and more. For $700 to $1000. uses up to date parts and chip sets unlike the mini.
USB 2.0 can't even hit it's full speed and the slower fire wire 400 beats it and with firewire 1600 and 3200 that uses the same cables as fire wire 800. USB 3.0 that needs new cables to hit it full speed It will be a long time for it to get any ware and will 3.0 usb cards with there own cpu and heatsink on them?
ATI has better on board video then intel so NVidia can start makeing more intel chipsets with sli and good on board video as well the amd chip set for the people who want sli on amd system.
AMD / ATI 790gx is cool 64-128+ side port ram + sb750 + Hybrid Graphics with CrossFireX.
VIA quitting will push intel on board video down to dead last.

1. It has a very high speed link low lag link to the cpu 2. It can hook in to the ram controller in the cpu and maybe even have it's own later. 3. It can work with a real video card in the system. 4. In a 2+ system you can have a full cpu in socket and and gpu + cpu in the other one.
But can intel make good drivers as there on board ones suck?
There on board video cards look good on paper but then come in dead last next to nvidia and ati on board video and that is with out use side port ram. ATI new board video can use side port ram.

What about PHB in HR as well the other HR people.
