Adobe CS5.5 and MS office price is to high for apples 30% cut when they can sell the same software on there own web sites and keep that 30%.
Now maybe with apple where to cut there cut to 5-10% or a flat per year fee but the price of CS5.5 $300 (upgrade) is the app store even setup to offer lower price for updating from a old ver - to a high of $2600.
Can the app store have Education pricing? site license pricing? licenses of a office or small business? school licenses for there systems? A plan for workers to buy office at a low price? some work places let there working buy office for like $25 as part of there deal with MS can the apple store be setup for that?
The default / max for app store is 5 systems. I don't think the CS5 you buy now is for 5 systems more like 1-2.
also I don't think the app store is setup for single apps not a pack of apps like office or CS5.5.
Are they starting with easy stuff visual basic? or are they teaching more of a theory of codeing at the start?
Ken Silverman's made the build engine but sucked at school when he started it so he dropped out and did codeing / game makeing work for some time before going back to school.
some of this is from cost cutting other from old hardware / slow to get stuff needed.
As some people will / departments will buy there own Ram and other hardware then wait for stuff they need under the official way / budget. Some departments even setup there own testing severs / hardware.
programmers like to have there own tools and IDE's.
marketing departments tend to use macs or pc with stuff like Photoshop and no a basic low end office pc is not a good fit for that kind of work.
Some people Abuse hardware just to get new / better / faster systems and some times they need to do so they can get there job done.
So the way I see it is management needs to give the hardware that is needed for the job and departments should pay the IT department the cost of the hardware for the stuff that department needs and let IT take care of it or setup it where IT can tell workers who want to use there own stuff what you should buy and say we may it pay part or all of the cost of it (if you can say way it's need for the job).
reports are blaming it on a smoking worker? sounds like a cover up / pushing the blame on workers for likely a cost cutting lack of repair to the machines that are used.
then buy a Life Experience Degree or push for a trade system for IT.
With HR is just box checking then any degree may work.
maybe a hardwired trigger system or anything better then a drinking bird.

But HOW CAN a ATM tech not know there that HE WAS BEING videotaped by the system he was working on.
Well we can have some fun at the tent city.
just give them a kick back and they will look the other way.
The DMCA give's you the right to hack your phone! so there is little that apple can do.
What is next the cubs winning world series as a sign?

There are down and up to doing both ways.

the 2 killed will be listed as suicides so foxconn does not pay out on there death.
also there is the year 1 vs year 0 + calender start date lag + all the leap seconds / leap days.
why does that sound like a bad sci-fi moive?
How can it be tied to local time zone? and not just 1 time for all of them?
fixed ports are better then lots of Adapters that can cost up to $30-$100 and are easy to forget also you may need a hub as well.
