not with todays download caps and low bandwidth on most people on DSL and even cable will not be good if most of your block is trying to use on live at the same time. Hell comcast can't even do more then 1-2 MLB EI HD games at the same time and they don't have BIG TEN HD ALTS.
comcast will find away to take away the free NBC on line stuff and look for them next year to put NHL games on G4 HD just to get Directv to have G4 again.

Now what if say M$ made you pay for bug fixes and used the law to shut down 3rd party updates?
What if dell locked systems to windows and used the law to shut people makeing a run any os bios hack?
If they want go down the road of need to buy the software to run on there hardware it time for brake out the costs so on a mac systems there needs to be the hardware price and then the mac os / mac os boot rom software price.
The cable box needs to list the hardware rent price and the guide / software use fee in the price.
All PC systems need to list the cost of the windows OEM price with a easy way to say no the windows part.
Will it be like some auto essay gradeing systems where you can game it to pass? Also auto Software QA and Testing systems can pass a APP that fails but not to the point of tripping the QA system.

most universities need reform at the lower levels as well.
The costs are to high.
Some of the lower level classes are too much theory based.
There are to many filler classes.
There is a big lack of real work place based class work.
