    Should Big Macs cost more to dissuade their use? What about the people who couldn't afford better than a Big Mac? Switching away from the analogy: inexpensive energy is the biggest benefit to poorer members of society. It means cheaper food, cheaper heating/cooling, cheaper transportation. When someone says "make energy source X cost more than energy Y because Y needs a chance to succeed", they're not thinking about all the costs associated with the rise in energy costs.

    Which I personally think was worse. The original was kid-friendly (kid targeted actually). I stopped watching the new one when the captain of the Pegasus raped the cylon in front of witnesses. That was as bad as Fred Dukes eating Janet Van Dyne's intestines for no reason (Ultimate Marvel).

    Most of the utilitarian design shift was supposed to happen during the clone wars. You can see this with the introduction of the Y-Wings, the Z95s, and the ARC-170s.

    It's an urban legend that turned out to be true and you can own a piece of it. That's the only value these cartridges have. It's like owning alligator boots made from an alligator found in the sewer.

    Seriously, I don't. All my devices, clock and what not change their time automatically, I don't have to do anything. Other than the first day where I feel like I lost an hour of sleep, I don't even notice it. Stop fussing over something so minor just because you're lazy.

    Most of my clocks are manual changes. My computers obviously auto-change. I have a radio clock that tunes to the atomic clock channel, but its DST change dates are hard-coded for last week (and some other wrong date since congress shifted the dates), so I have to change the timezone last week, this week, and twice in spring.

    I don't get it. Lead is a metal. If you encase everything in lead, what do you need other metal for?

    Lead has poor electrical conductivity, so isn't great for a faraday cage.
