P2P is definately what drove the broadband into every Swedes home (almost every swede then, but still)
and without P2P, what would your average joe do on the internet? (except view webpages, but that he could do of a modem)
and by the same standars, shouldn't all of their music count as assets, and be taxed as such? (ie, let them pay 1 million dollar tax / album they've made a copy of, and infinite for each mp3) should make them lower their claims a bit.
why is this a troll? it's insightful! the Pirate Party didn't get in to Riksdagen, because they didn't even pass the 4% limit. But it's true, that out of approximately 10 active political parties in sweden, they are one, and therefore top ten! that they're the smallest of the parties, and barely got any support seems to be ignored by kdawson..
i do however believe that the guys of TPB haven't broken any of the current laws in sweden.
ofcourse, this is complete BS, there are alot of companies that produce stuff, like IKEA, Sandvik, Bofors, SAAB and so on.. and you can be pretty sure that they patent their ideas.
yeah ofcourse, say say something impopular, like your environmental policies suck, and get modded into oblivion, well guess what, in Sweden, we dont burn any fossil fuels or coal for energy production.
we do however use 90% fossil fuels in our transportation still, but seeing as the united states according to http://www.eia.doe.gov/environment.htmlDOE alone are responsible for 20.5% of the total world emissions of carbon dioxide, USA as a nation bear a huge responsibility, and whats most frightening, the biggest opposition to change.
a little story to cast a bit of light on this:
three years ago, about simultaneously with the launch of itunes, some friends of mine we're working on a project to sell mp3's from a webpage, they made a nice page, and contacted the record labels. However, most of the labels gave them a blank no, and the ones who would sit down and meet with them, offered the price of 1 $ (6 swedish crowns) per song. And the creditcard companies wanted 3 Skr / song, making it a total of 9 kr/song or roughly 1.5 $/song. So they way i see it, if they want to be greedy.. they will learn the hard way..
yeah.. if you RTFA, you'll see that he isn't stopped by cops, but that he aborts, because he realizes that he cannot make the required average speed of 90mph.
baha, they develop in paint.net ? come on, this is just trolling, there are no open services installed by default, so the box should be reasonably safe, as long as you aren't a complete moron.
But yeah, i also use debian stable for work, but for the stability, not for security.. it's not windows 98 you know. So yeah, i'd say that they are amateurs speaking out of their asses.
there's really no need to worry about that.. Burma is a very poor country, and has no oil, so i see no reason why Bush would want to "liberate" the Burmese people.
yeah.. despite the fact that not even concentrated sulfuric acid breaks down the very stable DDT molecule.. (and thereby accumulates through the biomass)
and before you think i dont know what i'm talking about let me tell you about myself.. i'm in my fifth year of Chemical Engineering, and yeah, we have mandatory sustainability courses, where the DDT/PCB ofcourse was discussed.
yeah, cause we all know that global warming is a myth started be commies and liberals, now where the hell are my nukes?
the burning of fossil fuels releases carbon dioxide into the atmosphere, carbon dioxide is a greenhouse gas, which leads to more solar radiation being absorbed in our atmosphere, leading to a warmer climate.. which in turn ups the amount of water in the atmosphere, which incidentally also is a greenhouse gas. positive feedback loop ftw!
ati drivers used to make my win 98se freeze, my win xp freeze, my win 2000 freeze, and they've been a bitch in ubuntu (which i've been using since warty..) so the main question i guess is: How can ATI still be in business?
no need to worry.. that's why they'll make multi-language discs.. they don't make any sweden-only pal discs.. we get most games in multi-lang or english.. (and a few in swedish)
yeah.. which is annoying, because i dont intend on installing windows quite yet.. from their point of view though, it's an excellent idea, since they can make sure that they get a good spread in the testgroup.
hear hear!

you didn't miss the MHz , ie 10^6 Hz in your calculations, 396pixels is not a very big total resolution..

yeah, and it's a nice way to spend shitloads of cash, and then refusing to sign any environment-treaties..
thank you very much USA, we love you alot!
you obviously missed all of the britney-pics in the last two years..

read it again my dear friend.. he made the same trip twice.. with some team polizei babble in the middle.. :D
and then he makes another try, again without being stopped by the cops.. :D

you should put it in a glass container, and drop the pressure until it expands to wanted size.

hehe.. you're probably right, since i use a intel e6600, which is uh.. well.. not in that list.. i should probably stick with ubuntu. :D
this sounds farking brilliant! if you have the means, please try to realize it!

what jackass modded this troll? that was funny. :D
