let me see. i have qualified in first 500 out of 1.5 million youth who took the national university entrance exam in my country during my generation (a very hard exam that people prepare for 3 years, like tokyo u entrance exams), i have entered a university that is in the first in my nation, and have been sending graduates to teach in schools like MIT (yeah the one in usa) for a long time. Instead, an alternative resolution by the Christian Democrat group EPP and the Conservative group was carried. This resolution basically welcomes what the negotiators have been doing so far, without placing any specific demands on the Commission for further clarifications or assessments.

in the case of software, copying a software takes seconds. it doesnt require even a tenth of a cent in electricity costs, or hardware depreciation (of the hard drive) to reproduce it. and moreover, the owner doesnt even need to handle that cost - you do. there is no ADDED value put into the REPRODUCTION of the item, by its creator.
there is only the original creation effort.
and, the 'creative' sector in the world is putting as much value into that effort, as the manufacturing industry does. actually, even more than the manufacturing industry does. and then, you are allowed to resell your used blender too !!
