    How will you then login to your bank page without https? This content encryption is making torrent traffic indistinguishable from normal https traffic.

    Well, how is it new? My asus laptop with xp can do this too. I just close lid and it goes to sleep. I open lid, press any key and 3 seconds later I'm using windows again. I can hibernate too, if I don't want this slight amount of battery usage to happen.

    If everybody followed this quote, particle physics and some other sciences would not be where it is now. In those fields scientists sometimes make theories which predict something and then they make tests. Otherwise every theory would only explain data you have (like string theory) instead of making new exciting predictions (like quantum theory).

    I think GP talks about Producing hydrogen with radio waves. It's working, but it's NOT generating energy. It just uses RF energy to split water to oxygen and hydrogen and then burn it.

    It doesn't even have hardware-accelerated graphics support(By default) and renders the whole desktop in software
    And this is the reason behind slow windows drawing. On normal desktop drawing is accelerated by graphics card. Without proper drivers even xp is very slow.

    Yes, it is a design decision. But in XP you CAN have it BOTH ways. Default way is grouping (like in OSX) but I can easily switch it (which I do in every my installation of xp)

    It happens in my country without any high tech solutions. All speed traps have a warning about 0.5km before. If there is a patrol with radar gun, drivers which drove past it usually warn drivers from opposed lane with two short bursts of long lights.

    Non-existence implies non-comprehension, there will be no YOU to comprehend anything. This is the reason behind problems with comprehending non-existence. I have easy answer for that: when I die, there will be no ME so there is nothing to fear. I think I don't have immortal soul, so I want to live my life the best I can and don't make others' lives worse.

    And a lot of people can't distinguish good and bad, but like me when it comes to design something, it WILL be bad even for them. Let's face it, most people can't design just like most people can't program (I think often it's only one of those two skills).
