This timely for me as, by chance, I just today discovered that most of the characters from Mama's Family have their own Wikipedia entries. And I can honestly say that I'm not sure what or how to think about this either. I suppose the existence of the information is hardly so detrimental to Wikipedia. (My spirit, on the other hand...)

I, too, found it fascinating. However, despite how well and convincingly the movie presents everything, I would encourage people to take the factuality of the events portrayed with gracious helpings of salt, as a number of the events in King of Kong have been disputed by Twin Galaxies itself. Personally, I believe that it's safest to view King of Kong as a piece of fiction based on actual people and events rather than a truly factual documentary.
I like Trillian a lot as well. I tried Gaim a few months back, but it couldn't handle Japanese for me, whereas Trillian does just fine with it. I wonder if this has changed in Pidgin or not.
From what I understand it's about twice as capable as a GameCube. Obviously it doesn't have the graphical power of the PS3 or the XBox360, but as it has been said many many times, that's not what they're going for.
A small aside:
It disappoints me that so many people are rabid about graphics. Personally, I was wholly pleased with the appearance of "Super Mario Sunshine." I thought it was beautiful. Wii defenders often say that "it's about the gameplay, not the graphics." But I think that argument rather glosses over the fact that the GameCube's graphics capabilities are quite respectable. I had no complaints. I don't care if the graphical jump from the GameCube to the Wii is small because if I was pleased with the GameCube, I'll just be that much more pleased with the Wii. It's just icing on an already delicious cake.
I've recently been playing it for the first time. (Just recorded the last Sound Stone melody.) It's pretty nutty to say that the game's not enjoyable today, I think. As was said, it's a bit dated but still a delight to play.
No, no, I fear you've misunderstood the author's words. You see, your homepage gets changed to a site that USES that form of cancer, not into cancer itself. I think we'll both agree that transforming a homepage INTO cancer is, at best, a preposterous idea. I believe that, once you understand this, the rest of the summary will become perfectly understandable, if not rather eloquent in its labyrinthine beauty.
Whatever the case, it's clear that we, as a global society, have greatly underestimated the horror that is cancer and also its far-reaching effects. There is no patch for cancer.
I have also heard that the reason that the original "Super Mario Bros. 2" was not released in the USA was because the USA had a stronger demand for originality and, thus, Nintendo was concerned that the game would not be well received in the states. Certainly, SMB and SMB2 are largely very similar; however, I'm uncertain which theory is correct, if not both.
If that's the case, then let's hope that it never reaches 1.0, 'cause Warp 10 was reached in Voyager and it wasn't pretty.

The iPhone is a very viable gaming platform. Just not for games like "Super Mario Bros."

Rule One: Don't try to go through without the Sisko aboard.

I strongly suspect that it would then be incumbent upon us to welcome our new canine and/or feline overlords.
Right on, man. I bought a Hummer just so that I could drive faster too.
Indeed. It's the generation of iPods and eMacs.
I can scarely blame the folks for thinking it's uTube.
Well, that's what iThink.
Indeed. And the idea of shutting down my laptop by means of keying in "down, down-right, right, A" is pretty entertaining.
(As long as the overpowered Akuma service is disabled by default. It breaks the system.)
