So, will all those millionaire rappers etc get replaced?
It's a poverty issue, not a racial one.
Yes, there is some bias caused by the actual racism of the past, but you will not solve that with quotas or any stupid racist measure.
Just fight poverty and watch your "racial issue" evaporate.

  2. Yes, just remove the discussion from the public eyes, and i'm pretty sure it will go all fine! instead of creating some sort of very dangerous hidden "safe space" where ideas brew without any limit of reasonable people to stop it.

The problem is not what youtube is doing exactly but how.
If this was indeed just a sponsor problem, the implementation would be of the sponsors themselves having the option to block their ads in videos that have x or y in them.
Basically youtube detects this list of contents that may be inappropriate, and offer the sponsor a list of checkboxes and informs the video owner that his video contains x or y, thus some ads may not display.

But as it stands, youtube can use the vague terms on their list to remove the monetization of any video they want.

Because at the moment, the mass of the intellectually lazy and opportunists took over feminism and are flooding it with all their bad ideas brewed in their authoritarian safe spaces, and as a result, any sort of intelligent act that does actually help women gets buried in a pile of stupidity.

  17. Yep.
I have a suspicious that most of those movements are normally quite sane and do asks for reasonable things, but from time to time there is this huge mass of simpletons that pick a movement and completely wreck it with what we could call "intellectual laziness".
They don't inform themselves of the subject, try to simplify it with stupid ideas like collectivism and then flood the thing with awful ideas until its dead.

  21. Well, i was thinking the "3D package" they were talking about is a big stack of dies.
Because otherwise you can arguably call any chip 3D, not only due the gates being 3D as you mentioned, but also all the different layers of vias etc..

  22. Gonna take a lot at that then.

  23. The only "racism" trump showed so far is being against illegal immigration, and wanting extreme measures to combat it.
Nobody with a sane mind do actually support actual racism, given the fact even the common population sees it as something terribly evil, and most "internet racists" are bored people thriving off the ease to offend that racist remarks brings.

Of course, there are some.. "safe spaces" for actual racists on the darker corners of the internet, but there also forums for people planning how to have sex with cars, so, expecting something to completely not exist on the internet is an exercise in futility.

  24. Piling up chips and keeping em cool is not that easy.
It's a lot easier than keeping shrinking the chips, or making the die bigger, but still not easy.
I wonder if in the future, we will have those weird chips floating in a thermal paste, with copper posts holding em in place and also serving as the communication vias.

  25. The racist part is to assume that being black is the cause of it, but its also racist to assume the opposite, or think on problems by race in general.
So basically this makes everyone with a loud voice in this discussion at the moment a bunch of racists that will never come up with a workable solution to the issue, as it's most likely a poverty and cultural problem rather than anything to do with genes.
