I like certain things, and the only outlet in life where there are other people who like those things is on the net. So it's not that I'm addicted, this is where I live! I have a girlfriend, the internet and a car. That's also their order of importance. My girlfriend is not techy at all, she just says... "He has to have his nerd time." I feel sorry for whatever Linux/Unix dev that has to write modules for that piece of hardware. LOL.. I can't even imagine. We have a hard enough time getting suspend to disk working.

I live in Ohio, I voted, and I'm a member of the ohio green party and vote for the national party, I was also involved physically with overviewing the recount. It took me 12 hours to vote, I live in a small area with a very very LIBERAL college (Kenyon) in it. Which by the way if you've ever been here is hilleriously placed because it's surrounded by small farming communities of people who disagree with it. But that's beside the point, the point is that we do have evidence that the election was fraudulant. And who cares?? No one. Until private money is taken out of the electoral system, no one wins. Until the rules are changed from bi-partisian rule, no one wins. It's simple. No one listens until the people who are listening to us change.
I'm still using my 12" powerbook because of that dumb glossy finish on the macbook, (i like a small laptop.) But the entire Intel run windows blah blah on your mac is dumb. OPEN YOUR WORLD UP TO SECURITY VULNERABILITY'S!!!!! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY.... now if apple would have just gone ahead and ported every distro of linux / bsd to the mac, that would have made more sense. All the open source software you want is way better than running windows. Oh and Wine is a memory / cpu hog anyways, I used to run it under slackware 10..... blah. I just gave up everquesting lol.
Ironically the mac store is also down ATM... any chane my dreams could come true?? I doubt it lol. But I really, really, really LOVE THIS ANNOUNCEMENT YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!
No wonder apple sells SO many Apple Care plans. Everyone who uses and ipod is wasted all day. This article just solved the broken ipod issue. It's human error not Apple's fault!
Hey if its upgradeable then maybe Sony will release a correctly working version of their cell processor *snicker*. All I have to say about the PS3 release is two words "SEGA SATURN!"
