From what I heard Kevin Medina was fired (one of the partners) of Register Fly. Obviously, disgruntled about bieng forced out, decided to mess with the backend systems of registerfly. Thus thier own support department wasn't able to access thier systems to correct any issues, etc...
PS3 will lead the market and the Phantom will be released. Duke Nukem Forever will be completed. Hell will freeze over, pigs will fly and I'll say ye haw!

I've seen a tricked out M3, guy spent an extra 50k on it. (It looked like crap, and he hardly spent any of that money on the engine). He should have just got the M5. Also I care about MONEY, but yet I have a lower end model BMW (3 series). I think I got lost in your analogy, or it wasn't that good.
Anyways though I do understand it and agree with you. Sony shouldn't rely on brand loyalty. It doesn't work like that in the console world.

Just another frivolous lawsuit to keep RIAA in the headlines. So that regular mainstream people will be hesitant to keep downloading. At least that is what I believe.
