IE also allows powerful intranet applications and custom security zones that can also be configured centrally - yes, this feature has been the source of many a security problem, but businesses don't buy computers because they're secure, but because they solve business problems.
You bought the game, right? Okey, you did the right thing for them. Now do the right thing for you and grab yourself a nice pirated version of HL2 and have fun:)
Of cource. Source is better than specs and porting is better than source. Having just source will take more time and just specs will take even more time. That's the point, having the candy now!
That's great. How about weight? How about battery longevity? These Netbooks really outstand in those two. And what if I want a new one with a guarantee and all?
See my point?
Now, having said all these, I would love to have a second hand X40:-P
Riddle me this twitter, when is Adobe going to make a 64-bit Linux flash?... or when will Adobe help out the Gnash project?
When they feel the breth of Silverlight down their throat. Don't get me wrong, I still think Silverlight is nothing but a lock-in, but maybe, just maybe, something good comes out of it (Moonlight) for us the open-source world.
Oh man... I am trying to run Win 3.1 inside QEMU but I am having bad luck with video drivers:( My old Pentium is blazing on Win 3.1 but I don't know how to convert all that data into an image. I mean, the real hardware is different than the QEMU emulated hardware.
You are right, but you know I did complete something like a beginners course in C with just VIM. Of course a GUI like Eclipse or Geany is much better. It lets me organize things easier.

Why openssl and not gpg? At least gpg can run on windows and mac with a few clicks away.
I was so eager to try it when I heard about it, but Konq on Win32 didn't run for me :(
