Well what if somehow your record gets mixed up with someone else..... or let us say some BAD BAD MAN dialed your number by mistake... say the last couple of digits misdialed... Or some org need an escape goat and starts sending you some letters and tracks your movement and makes it look like you are doing some work for them... or just you were at the wrong place at the wrong time.... How will you that Prove your innocence?

I am guessing an SVN server can do the job, update => edit => commit.... everything does get logged, plus you can add comments to make it easier for people to know what you are doing....

to get this done you need to get skype to use encryption , I have no idea if they do ( so spare me the ranting about that ) but if skype would implement encryption then everyone will follow , for the average joes they dont care if their VOIP or regular phone is encrypted or not.... they don't even know that this can be done...for them all they know about taping is from movies...
this is not strange... as most software as mentioned earlier... is written by someone who only wants a certain feature... and that is it... s/he wont sell is or anything and money from it.. so that person will keep on working till they feel that it is becoming boring
