I say to the Reds, stop complaining about the fact that the Jack-Asses took their opportunity to complain, and start taking your opportunity to complain. I'd avoid the monkey comparisons with this president, though, for reasons of historical racism... instead, compare him to a jack-ass. Seeing as he is a member of the party with the Jack-Ass logo, it would be hard to pull the racism card against it.

Nintendo took a huge chance going 3d with Metroid (they already had 5 games that were 2d masterpieces). It worked... so why would they do anything else with it other than make new puzzles for the next game and incremental improvements? Same with Zelda. FZero has been the same racing game all three (or 6) times, just with graphical enhancement.

The best part is that they are meeting consumer demand on these franchises, otherwise they wouldn't be selling like ice cream at a diet clinic.

And another thing, if you've ever, ever, ever bought a mainstream sports game then you can just zip it, because they're much worse on their franchises than Nintendo has ever even remotely considered being with theirs.

Megaman X8 was the epitome of side-scrolling 3d shooters... not that this is a very large genre... but it was very true to the original Megaman franchise (Megaman and Megaman X) except using 3d graphics. It was arguably one of the top 3, if not my favorite, Megaman.

With that in mind, would it not be more beneficial to prolong puberty or even postpone it, seeing that the effects of aging seem to occur after puberty?

It would do little to help adults, but it seems to be the most likely to be successful option as it requires the least amount of modification. It would also lead to longer living humans that would be more likely to solve the adult aging issues, as well... though there would be less willing test subjects after 50-70 years.

Just to satisfy my curiosity (and show my lack of knowledge): is there a way to configure SELinux remotely in real time? Yeah, I've always found it hilarious that the IA (Information Assurance) guys tout the glorious impenetrable securities of Windows, even though nothing missions critical runs on Windows.

Ironically, the reason they are pushing Windows is not the security. It's the control. With windows you can remotely disable pretty much anything within a Domain. A person could have administrative access on their Domain attached work station and still not be able to do anything beyond what the Domain administrator allows.

If you have root access on a Linux machine, they can't do anything short of removing your physical workstation to keep you from installing, or even compiling, your own software. And with Linux, you can manipulate network communication that, while possible, is extremely difficult in Windows.

Most importantly though, with regard to control, is that the DoD knows most of the backdoors in Windows. Linux is watched over by millions of people. Chances are, the DoD doesn't know any more backdoors in Linux than you or I.
