They shouldn't, either, because all three times a Halo has been visited.. guess when it was? While you were playing Master Chief in the Halo games. You were never on the structures for a long period of time (no more than a couple of days) and were the only Spartan alive, so I assume stories about being on Halo (unless from the Covenant side) wouldn't be very interesting (See the second book, Halo: The Flood.)
I'm happy with the time spent on the Halos being explored inside the games. There is so much else out there in the "Halo universe" that can be covered in writing, or even more games.
35 million Wiis sold in the US since launch, every copy bundled with Wii Sports. (Wikipedia (I know, but it's sourced)) I'm not including Japan (wasn't bundled) and rest-of-world (because I don't know if it comes bundled) but that still beats your Atari number.
There is a difference though, where the games on VC are NES games, and Super Mario All Stars is an SNES game. The graphics and sound are a higher quality.
It's not news in the Android world because it's not so much a fight. You do see articles on how the Droid X / Droid 2 have locked bootloaders/eFuses, but you also see news on things like CyanogenMod 6 coming out. Everything about jailbreaking is news in the Apple world because it's Not Supposed To Happen or is Hard (for the hackers) To Accomplish.
I find that kind of strange where I live, because it only contains recipes for pizza and Chinese food, and a lot of both at that. But no Thai, Indian, or Vietnamese. (Which sucks)
Sooo.. if you had to take an English course, and this was one of your options, you'd rather.. not take the zombie-related course? I don't think I understand.
If you're able to disconnect yourself from "reality" and just watch a movie, you are almost guaranteed to enjoy it. If you have trouble disconnecting yourself, you will likely hate it.
I'm really glad I'm one of those people who can ignore a lack of scientific accuracy, unlike most of Slashdot it seems, and enjoy a movie for being a movie. It does bug me, but I can still enjoy the rest of it. Too many people can't seem to just enjoy themselves.
The controller comes with a play and charge kit, and MSRPs at $65 ($50 for the controller + $15 for the P&CK). I'm guessing retailers will sell it cheaper later on (like how Amazon sells regular wireless controllers for $35)
Well, it's more a $50 controller with a $15 accessory (the play and charge kit, which anyone that knows better is going to buy anyway) but you're more than likely right.
Er, why don't you just set plugins to only start when you tap them?

The Carriers' lock down, the hardware mfr's lock down (Motorola) and permanent crapware are the reasons I am now leaning towards an iPhone 3GS.
I think my brain just exploded.
Oops, wrong anchor. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wii#System_sales

Well, first you put something out there people want to play, then people like me pay 10EUR for it, and ...
Why would Flash take more battery than a normal app? Is there a suck_battery_life() function somewhere in the API nobody else is using but Adobe?

Technically the last jailbreak didn't even /require/ that, all it required was embedding a PDF in a webpage.
I don't know about in California, but when I was in 8th grade I would sure as hell have gotten in a lot of trouble for writing in my books.

Don't drink the kool-aid. They put something in it, to make you forget. I don't even remember what I was searching for.
If you type fast, and make that a plus point, why are you wasting time going all the way to the main Google page to do a search?
Unfortunately it wouldn't help anyone fix their spelling mistakes.

But that would mean that all movies are zombie movies!
Lighten up, Francis.
Did you.. did you just do what I think you did?
The placement of the syllables in this always throws me off.

(And apparently I need to pay more attention, because while being hosted on their site, that wasn't riffed by them)

Or more modernly, from guys named Mike, Kevin, and Bill
(At first I was just going to say something about MST3K -> RiffTrax, but they actually did do Armageddon!)
I want my bear arms, damnit!
