Yep. I have a Thermaltake 550w and found that if I plugged in my 9800Pro with floppy power connector and my SATA HD on the same bus and started playing a game the hard drive would power down. Took me a couple times to finally hear the click of the drive shutting down to figure out what was happening.

I think Kubrick dying was his punishment for Eyes Wide Shut. After seeing that movie I was not surprised that Nichole Kidman and Tom Cruise got divorced. There was no chemistry between the two. For me the only two movies he made that I thought were worthy of commending him for were 2001 and Full Metal Jacket. I even hated Dr. Strangelove.

But that is my opinion and I am sure that others would definitely disagree and they are justified in their feelings

For me the ending for AI was even though the robots had been oppressed to the point of being butchered for entertainment, they were able to overcome it and exist past the humans.

Also I really enjoyed TMIAHM as the book it is not for it's pro-communist subplot. But I definitely didn't cry at the end nor did I find any reason to. But then again I always thought Old Man and the Sea was about some old guy who went fishing.

I think what we have here is deciding to only dip one toe into the pool as well as not identifying the type of user who needs one. The comment about batteries makes me suspect that they went out and purchased the cheapest Palms i.e the M100-125 range. I should know I have one. The biggest thing I hate about it is the replaceable batteries. If your batteries die and you wait longer than a minute you lose everything and have to resync. The nice thing about the more expensive ones is you can keep it charged up whenever you put it in the cradle.

From what it sounds like as well, the people who tested them in the trial didn't really benefit from one. At one of my prior positions we introduced Palm pilots to all the partners and they were incorporated into the work environment for them. It was a huge blessing for them and was considered an extreme success.

Call the cops and have them shut it down. Enough weekend parties ruined and they party elsewhere.

I usually let the housewarming or typical special day (i.e New Years, Canada Day, etc) parties go as they are reasons to celebrate. But if it becomes a regular thing, my tolerance drops.
