this is probably one of their strategies to put their proprietary code in Linux
    then distribute it
but behind this code there's a tiny clause somewhere w/c is a trap
to prove that GPL doesn't work or otherwise can be manipulated for misuse
so then they could counter sue major Linux corporations like RH, Novel etc.
its like the Windows 2000 source code that got leaked w/c is believed to be a conspiracy
that may be one day some idiot would place their proprietary code in Linux kernel.
and then get approved by the Linux kernel maintainers
    due to human errors
    its possible we're only human

Today! We didnot like Microsoft for its world domination in OS. Soon Google will dominate IT and soon we might hate them. Through google, information became widely available to the public (e.g. Google Earth) and these are great tools for anything including terrorism. Perhaps they have to be aware of that. They do have advanced solutions, have they forgotten the well being of others? Please google, please consider people who are "opportunist". Information is power and humans are hungry for power. I want my daughter to have a peaceful future and I hope google won't be the tool for anarchy but so far it looks like it.

Identity theft is rampant in the US that I believe the way they handle transactions should be changed, however changing the current system doesn't guarantee security especially when people within the said organization body has a mole that will duplicate the form of identity (fake ids). If man made a thing, man can replicate the thing. thank goodness that in some countries where I'm at at the moment, Doesn't rely fully on verbal confirmation but rather a combination of three methods. Verbal, actual, & paperworks. Perhaps because US too is too big now to handle having these additional security makes the productivity worsten and lose the security.
