The consent would probably be something you have to agree to when you upload them. Google cannot be resposible for every picture that a user posts anymore than isohunt can be resposible for every torrent link posted.
I made that mistake on my last vacation. I posted them on facebook and all the comments were that I took no pictures of myself or my family on the whole trip.
It made the pictures a lot more boring to those who knew me and really took away from any nostalgia I could feel from looking at those pictures.
I use the Debian package for the alpha 64 bit flash 10.
It works after installing the one package.
Silverlight (or moonlight) requires me to install a lot of the mono framework before it installs and every site I go to states that it requires a new version (that or it does not even recogonize I have it installed.)
If I can have an installer for Doom3, Postal, Postal 2, Quake 4, Crossover, Enemmy Territory, HP products, Nvidia drivers, etc, why can't MS create an installer for silverlight? Obviously, it is because they do not care which is similar to how I feel about silverlight.
But that's only the Linux developers fault as they're lagging behind on the specs. The specs are out there to code it, you can't really blame MS for it.
It would be easier to keep up if did not rely on the net framework.
That said, I don't blame them. I just don't use it. Neither does anyone in my family with linux installed. I doubt MS care one way or another if we use it. I am with thim on that.
He seemed to take some time away from slashdot after the 17th (no storied posted,) but before he did, his final contributions was "Utah Assembly Passes Resolution Denying Climate Change" http://politics.slashdot.org/article.pl?sid=10/02/16/2346202
Most Christians I know think that climate change is real and that man will destroy the world. None can give any examples or facts other than to point to "Day After Tommorow."
Most atheists and agnostics I know question (or deny - but that seems to be a dirt word nowadays)the validity of man-cause global warming.
I am Chritian and do not care one way or the other but do try to do my best to mininze how much I polute the world.
Also, God should be capitalized since it is a proper noun. In fact, in your context, you used it as a name/title. If you were speaking of Obama by title, you would write "The American President would..." not "The American president would..."
That should be mentioned on their website. (In truth, though, it would have meant nothing to me since I had never heard the term grey market before this.)
I really don't get why I couldn't get a "use at your own risk" copy of the update. Neither do I understand why their phone has to keep prompting me for an update that is not available to me.
I never thought I would want to see a movie of two guys buying a hamburger but then I never thought I would see Neil Patrick Harris snort coke off a woman's ass.
There is more than just finding apps littered across the web that make up something being restrictive.
I bought a Sprint Motorola Q9C from ebay. It was still in its sealed box and never registered.
I tried to upgrade the windows version from 5 to 6 via the web-phone tools and it gave me a url to go online my desktop machine.
After installing windows on a spare partition on my desktop, I went online and was told the model was old and to register over the phone.
I called motorola support, and they told me that since I had bought my phone on a "grey" market, I could not get updates. I asked if the phone had ever been registered before and they said no. They also said that it did not matter if the phone had ever been used or sold before since I bought it in a black market. (BTW, their website states no such restrictives nor even talks about different types of markets. I did research that before I bought the phone.) I asked for the sup and the sup told me that I could mail in my phone for a $70 charge and that they would updated it for me.
The windows site is no help either and sprint refers me to motorola.
I have looked online and there does not seem to be any copies of this flash for my phone.
I will never buy a windows nor motorola phone again.
I didn't know what iMovie was until you posted it here and I am sure the bulk of my windows friends would not either. Movie Maker even surpasses MS as far as picking generic names.
Or are you complaining that the project picked a bad name for itself? I know Ubuntu and Debian have software broken in categories (and I am sure the other distros due as well.)
The GPL protects a given version that it will remain free forever. The copyright holder, if they so chose, can license newer versions under something else, but the old version will remain GPL.
So, Oracle can choose to not license future versions of MySQL under the GPL, but the existing versions will remain GPL. If enough people care for it, and rally behind it, it can be a viable fork of the product by a community team and/or sponsored by other companies.
Two good examples would be xf86ree/xorg and cdrecord/cdrkit
The global warming deniers act exactly like creationists do.
Really? I would have thought the opposite.
Care to explain how they act the same?
The global warming group is the ones saying that we should not question and waste time debating whether global warming was true or not even after their more outrageous claims were disproven.
Or do you mean that conservatives tend to be pro-creation and anti-climate change and liberals tend to be anti-creationism and pro-climate change? If so, how very open minded of you.
It reminds me of a history teacher that I once had that said he hated it when someone voted for someone based solely on them being pro-life. When I asked if he hated it when people would not vote for someone solely because they were pro-life, he said that was "different" because people that are pro-choice are automatically not close minded.
I got the same type of argument when I went to middle school in San Antonio. My brother and I would get beat up daily for being the only white kids in the school (the rest were predominately Hispanic.) When a teacher complained about how racist the kids were acting, they immediately responded and said it was impossible for them to be racist since they were not white.
The point is, it is easy to see your side as correct with no need to defend since anyone who disagrees must be irredeemably ignorant. Just because you believe it, though, does not mean your side is right.
They can't garnish wages for civil cases in Texas.
They can garnish wages for
1) Taxes
2) Child Support
3) Student Loans
No more than facebook or myspace do.

Good luck trying to use these features on your iPad. So much for multiplatform.
Neither does Silverlight per the google search from a silverlight forum. (I picked the newest post I could quickly find)

It is amazing what kdawson allows to be worked in to get these global warming discussions going.
Last time it was about Bill Gates and bridges.

it was worse for him than for others because he also happened to be a Muslim right after 9/11
What was he before 9/11?

A Windows Mobile application work work happily on all three devices.
That is not true. I see many apps (usually theming but some others as well) that specifically state they will not work on WM 5 only WM 6
I value my freedom.
It's a said day when people feel justified to state they don't care about freedom and choice.

That is what I was thinking as well.
It will be like the "old" days before firefox where site after site asked you to upgrade to IE 6.
I refuse to click on any link that has the word goat in it. I think I have been traumatized...
If you run a yahoo search "google," will it bring down the internet? Or is that specific to google's search engine?
I think it is more to do with co2 and climate change articles.
He seems intent on getting a climate change in story every day no matter what the technical relation is.

You need to include the brackets for readability.
And then we could have exciting years of conspiracy theories on why the government shut down communications...
You're trolling, not to mention racist.
I hate the anti-US-plug-in for no reason as much as the next guy, but US is not a race.

I don't know. I guess I'll ask her later.
