He's a politician, he's expected to make an ass of himself.
They may work on a news radio but they are on talk shows and do not claim to be non-baised. In fact, Hannity speficially says on the radio that he is biased.
But more to the point, I think we should expect senators not to be making fools of themselfs.
I define "extreme" as someone who uses fear to change people's opinion.
Did you find the pro-health care people that kept posting the worst health care disastater stories extreme? Or the ones that took any critism as racisim?
And yet, when Democrats did this to a razor-thin Republican majority who didn't want to deal with Democrats at all, they were called "obstructionists" who were refusing to give and up-or-down vote. But I guess it's okay when your side does it.
Where did I write that? Please do not assume what you think is right or wrong is what I think.
Its funny to answer the question of what has he done (while mentioning media filters) you refer to a media filter. In fact, you used the same filter for all you rebuttles. But then, I guess they have the word fact in their url so it is probably a good source.
They "shut down the legislative process" because it was the only option left open to them.
If you notice now that the demos have lost the 60 vote lock, they are suddenly able to talk about health care and environmental reform with the republicans again. They just didn't bother before which left only one recourse for the republicans. I am glad the republicans finally stepped up to the plate and took a stand. They do better as a party when they do this (as opposed to working to keep that moderate label with "moderate" being defines by the liberal democrats.)
Hell, they even shut out Olympia Snowe when she would have been a easier to deal with (and a lot cheaper than Landrieu.)
It is rare that I do not see Barney Frank screaming and yelling at the camera's about something.
I find it funny that people find Rush extreme but Carville not.
I believe you are mistaking "emotionally violent" with passion and see "extreme" as something different than what you believe.
And I don't know anybody that finds Matthews conservative. He just had a show on the other night about how the republicans were being taken over by conservatives (gasp!) and went on about how terrible that was along with calling the black conservative repubican on the a sellout and a lapdog sucking up to his masters.
The first season just had two many restarts where she would start to remember than forget.
Was it ever determined who programed echo to talk to Ballard?
To me, Alias was the opposite of Dollhouse in terms of my interest. I really enjoyed the first season and a half. I got really tired of Gardner after that. Her character was just to self righteous and the writers seemed determine to have every character rotate their actions based on her feelings. (The biggest stand on was when Vaughn was mad at Gardner's Dad for possibly killing Gardner's mother - even though the mother killed his father!)
I currently watch: Chuck 24 Castle Legend of the Seeker Lost Dollhouse Doctor Who White Collar (kind of bored by this one now and will stop if my wife loses interest.) Vampire Diaries (although I am going to stop that one whether my wife loses interest or not) Heroes (Don't really like it anymore but it's like watch a train wreck)
Some of these shows can go away without me caring but I would miss Chuck, 24, and Castle.
I wish that Firefly and John Doe where still on.
I also enjoyed the various Stargates (except Universe,) Babylon 5, Sliders (first few seasons,) and Pretender.
Most people I know - my wife included - watch a lot more shows then this.
While I agree that most stuff on TV is what I consider crap, a lot of people enjoy it. And a lot of those people probably find my SciFi shows crap.
That is the nice thing about TV. There is such a broad range of content if you look for it. (I realize it could be broader but I take it for what it is.)
I watch most of my shows on Hulu or Netflix and do wish that the Neilsen ratings counted these since I hate watching my favorite shows disappear.
I can't help but worry that this will simply encourage developers to skimp on innovation in future games. After all, if you can make an inexpensive game that sells millions to casual gamers, why bother spending time and money to create an innovative new experience?
I see that more with them reselling the old games as wads.
Maybe private enterprise will get us there sooner!"
I wonder if private enterprises were allowed to claim property on the moon, if there would be more interest? If we ever did this, there should be an additional agreement that is the property is not used within X years, it default back to which ever mulitnational orginization that owns it.
In fact, I have more faith in articles that allow for comments.
This often provides a needed balance on what is being written in the article (especially since most articles seemed to be more editorials as of late. ). And the insightful posts usually provide sources for their comments

You don't need to believe what any news the media "filters".
A lot

glxinfo | grep "OpenGL version"
OpenGL version string: 3.2.0 NVIDIA 190.42
That came with my onboard motherboard (which strangely has gone up in price since I bought it over a year ago)

I just tried it and it worked fine. They seemed to have gotten rid of that ad wall (unless my browser blocked it.)
Heroes has become worse every year until this season (with the exception of the side stories with the big bad.)
I was one of those rooting for TSCC over dollhouse. The only reason I am finishing dollhouse is because I heard there was an end in site (this Friday)
Dollhouse is - so far - the only Whedon show I have not cared for.
I like Jeremiah but was not able to watch it until after it's time due to not having cable (much less premium cable.)
So will this be enough of a change for Mozilla to revoke Ubuntu from using the name Firefox like they did to Debian?
As much as I fault FOX for canceling a lot of good shows, they also seem to be the only network to give them a chance.
JMS failed with WB, TNT, and HBO and I think that 90% of the reason is his attitude with the studios.
This is why it would be great to count Hulu rating since they have the ability to easily record the number of times a show is viewed.
Heck, even the stuff I download I would go back and run through Hulu just so it could count.
I currently watch:
Chuck
24
Castle
Legend of the Seeker
Lost
Dollhouse
Doctor Who
White Collar (kind of bored by this one now and will stop if my wife loses interest.)
Vampire Diaries (although I am going to stop that one whether my wife loses interest or not)
Heroes (Don't really like it anymore but it's like watch a train wreck)

This one is a new game with a familiar feel.
Was Mario 64 worth playing? I looked at it for about 5 minutes and couldn't figure out what I was suppose to do so quit.
Is it worth going back to?
You can also play cooperatively and jump of each other for secrets.
I need to read the manual, though, as I have not figured out how to use all the power-ups.
I don't have 4 controllers but that is good to know in case I do. :)
We are a family of three so this game will be that much more fun once I do get another controller.
I like how they mapped it like the old style Nintendo controller as well.
I guess whoever marked my post as overrated (when it was never rated) will hate the follow up article

It is very similar to Mario World and is a lot of fun.
A cool thing is that you can play two player where you both navigate through map together.
One of the few side strollers I really enjoyed.
The post I **responded** to specified USA.

I would like to see a link to the thousands in the US that have died in the past 10 years by asteroids.
Compare that to World War II and consider that we use technology more and (as a result) less Americans have died (then include inflation..)

How often do you read using phonics?
It was useful when I was younger and their where a lot of new word for me to discover.
Sometimes a definition of a word that I had not read (but had heard) before wouldn't come to me until after I spoke (or thought) what it sounded like.
