    Most large SUVs are worse than most smaller cars, have a look at the Euro NCAP data for the 2008 Ford Ranger http://www.euroncap.com/tests/ford_ranger_2008/342.aspx compared to smaller cars of similar age its score is somewhat appalling.

    It is possible to get good digital TV reception at long range. I get a very good signal from a transmitter about 40 miles away, you just need the right combination of a decent grouped (not wideband) Yagi and an amplifier.

    The same way I made a wireless arcade controller, by soldering leads directly onto a genuine controller and then connecting them up to the switches.

    Yeah Operation Flashpoint must be one of the most evil games ever, but certainly pretty realistic, and the AI would actually hide in bushes and snipe you. It was however pretty annoying thinking you had killed everyone only to discover that there had been some guy hiding in a bush a couple hundred metres away and that you were now dead. ArmA is the spiritual successor to Op Flashpoint.

    No, read it again. It says that "State/Province" is only required if you are in the US or Canada.

    Fundamentally a router is just a specialised small form factor PC. People can, and do, make their own routers using low end linux boxes.
