The initial wording of the bill puts these restrictions on it.
Only in 2009 can they buy car and get the federal rebate.
They must have owned the previous car since before Dec. 31st 2008.
The new wording puts a spin on this.
The rebate goes from 1500-4500 depending on how much cleaner the new car is in comparison to the older one.
Personally, I think the US should lax up on safety regulations and work with the EU to make a worldwide standard on auto safety regulations.
That way, auto manufactures can create vehicles that meet the minimum safety requirements and produce fewer emissions than older vehicles. While at the same time offering premium demanded vehicles that offer greater safety for consumers.
However, countries in Africa could really use a 4 billion dollar investment into Concentrated solar power.
4 billion is all that it would take to make the necessary power for the entire continent out of sun power, mirrors, and liquid salt and some high power lines.
I was late today, My car gave me the red ring of death this morning. I called it in, and they tried to charge me 100 dollars to read the error code that a headlight is bad.
I would run the server IP access against your database of current employee's accessing IP's. You should be able to follow the trail from there.
9 times out of 10 its usually a current employee who uses it as an extra PC for kids around the house or relatives.
Not really worth the time of following the path because these PC's are usually worthless to company operations due to them being sooo slow. Any time wasted on this is not going to pay back.
The argument that I got into hectar Ruiz about. One of the things I gave him as a direction for his company is to fully support open source since its really the only quickly growing market in the computer world left. Ever since it seems as if open source and AMD have been two peas in a pod.
For the love of god, do not paint the walls white. Nothing kills creativity faster than just simple white walls.
I think something cool to do would be to create a student made graphic for the walls. Start it at the front and expand it out every year with additional graphics in a scrapbook style. It'll cost you a bit, but in the long run if you only do it piece by piece, you can have a history going back and a really cool wall version of your yearbook.
It's time to pass a law that basically applies to copywrite infringements of this nature, dealing with music and video.
If the plantiff who is suing loses, they have to pay legal fee's and double their own claims.
So if RIAA was suing Joe Blob of the internet and Harvard law school graduate for 20,000. Joe blob defends himself in court, and wins. RIAA now has to cough up joe blobs time 30kk. Plus, they have to pay back double the asking price at 40k.
do realize that data like that will have an average temperature over time. Global warming is a periodic thing. So if the average temperature last year was 88 degrees and this year it is 90 degrees the data would show a moving average of 89 degrees over those two years. Or it would show a temp change of 2 degrees. Plus, I don't think they'd use data from a new setup unless it was very close to another device in someplace like death valley.
There really is nothing between these two cities. So it would probably be about 4 hours. With a Maglev I could see like an hour maybe a little less. It really doesn't make much sense.
I think they'd be better off doing LA to San Jose AMtrack station where riders would have the option of getting on another train for SF.
They may operate this way. But seriously, 5 gigs for 29.95??? I'd go through 5 gigs in less than two days. I run satellite radio at 128k for at least 9 hours a day.
I Download music and movies for my mp3 player before going to the gym.
If its got linux already. You know that its got the cheapest hardware that linux supports. This very likely means that the drivers suck too since its usually the hardware manufactures that make the drivers.
As for Linux hardware support. I'd venture to guess that Linux hardware support is better than that of windows Hardware support. Just try installing Ubuntu on any machine in your house.
Windows is wierd, Vista(pre SP1) great on my old Asus a7v8x deluxe with an Athlon xp 3200 and ge force 6800 ultra. I setup a New core 2 duo machine, and it ran noticeably slower. So I use linux/XP on my newer more powerful machine which did see a boost in speed.
The only reason I can guess that this works so well is that many of the beta testers were using basically the same hardware setup for Vista.
Small problem with your theory on gas consumption. Truckers are more often than not paid based on getting the cargo to a destination at a specific time. Walmart makes you set an appointment 48 hours in advance and you have to be there +- 20 minutes. It's all automated, if you miss your window you have to wait another 48 hours to get into the DC.
It's really a horrible system. I'll bet money if a DOT officer stood at the gates of a Walmart DC he would find 30 percent of drivers are at the limit or worse.
Trucking companies in general, hate Walmart with a passion. You only take on Walmart contracts if you really have no choice due to a less than stellar record or something. Truckers have no care about their Walmart cargo either. Thus, part of the reason most Walmart products fall apart in a spectacular fashion.
I got other issues that tend to pop up from being athletic and a slight bit of a risk taker. If you injure your knee while skiing down a mountain even with the PPO I got I still have to eat a 5 thousand dollar bill out of the 20k surgery. Actually, wait I think they increased that to 7500 this year ontop of increasing my bill again. What used to be a 60 dollar a month bill is now closer to 110 a month.
Anthem insurance = suckage, Rape, Vomit, crap...
I'm very seriously considering the idea of walking away and insuring into stocks instead. If it wasn't for companies like Anthem who refuse to pay for anything without 30 pages of documentation. Insurance would cost less.
Because right now, roughly half or more of medical costs in this country are administrative costs.
I think I could negotiate better deals with doctors and hospitals if I was to pay cash instead of insurance. They wouldn't have to carry any administration costs on me.
However, insurance companies have fucked this proccess too. They've made it so hospitals charge non insurance members a 1000 percent increase.
Case in point, I go in for an xray. At the hospital if I were to pay in cash they charge 800 dollars. If you have insurance, they negotiate this down to 52 dollars at the most.
However, if you go someplace like a health center or community based clinic. The cost drops down to 18 dollars by paying cash. If you submit for the insurance reimbursement. They don't send you the amount on the retail rate. They send you the amount based on the cost. I think they should be forced to give you the going rate reimbursement.
If you find a lower cost they should pickup the whole tab and reimburse that.
Also, I have friends who are required to take steroids for asthma. They eat about 1/4 what I do but they still balloon up and look fat. Steroids are killers when it comes to looking big or not.
I agree with you. I've got a large build with a low body fat. Viking build I guess, anyways I fit into 36 inch pants comfortably. I'm 6 foot 2 and my weight is still down 25 lbs from high school body building days leaving me at 245 lbs. I'm considered obese in the eyes of the insurance companies even though I have a six pack for muscle. I have to go through this long ass appeal process and physical in order to prove how lean I am every year.
It's a waste of money really. Sex offenders of today have no chance for rehabilitation with the way the laws govern the rest of their lives. We may as well give them all the death penalty. Because, society certainly doesn't give them a chance at reform.
Something about biofuel like this. The cost to make it should generally go down with the advances in technology. Right now, its cheaper than regular jet fuel. So its a no brainer on buying it. That lower price will spur demand which will spur more growth in the biofuel sector.

Once you get past the corruption anyways.
I know I'm not the only one who has headphones hooked up to my pc while I work.
Usually though, I'm listening to sirius online. Comedy while I work just seems to hit the right spot.
If they add in the ability to buy fuel management tools to reprogram your fuel maps for aftermarket products.
I was late today, My car gave me the red ring of death this morning. I called it in, and they tried to charge me 100 dollars to read the error code that a headlight is bad.
Sheesh, thats 241 megapixels
I couldn't imagine trying to edit that on anything less than a late model cray system.
This is kind of hilarious, considering that pretty much all consoles have parental control features.

Have a virus that loads itself into the Bios that constantly plays a song at max volume of "Sweet Home Alabama"

Warners limits are wayyy too low.
it should be if you are a business...
I don't think they should be charged at all. Comcast should be charged for being a bad ISP in the first place.
Two problems here.

Cause you know the court is going to declare it unconstitutional.
