    np; on the whole, I much rather KDE because of its flexibility and most of the apps I agree are great compared to Gnome's selections.

    As for the grub manager, what can you do? most people abhor logic.

    It isnt, they insist on attempting to force people to use Konqueror. I wish the package statistics system actually worked and the Kubuntu team would just install FF, Gimp and Synaptic by default.

    Potentially Portable Power? By portable I'm thinking semi-trailer portable, ship or train. Possibly car which would bring it into the domain of household based power. Then we just need to solve the radiation problems, heat transfer(this is probably solved though), and the devices' environments capabilities.

    Well, a hydrogen fuel cell that is reversed separates water into hydrogen and oxygen by electrolysis. Kinda like the idea of using of peak variable energy (windmill) to pump water backup a potential for the next day of use. Maybe it is somewhat like that and using a generic meaning of charge than a scientific meaning.

    Well, the driver is considerably smaller and would be possibly more useful (I kid; it is my preferred office suite). But I've never had to do either combination of options you talk of.

    Is someone connected high up with VLC, GIMP or even Mozilla that can start piggy-backing the ext2fs driver installer (with the users permission of course) on installation of such programs? Heck it would go a long way to fixing such problems.
