The Japanese are very clever at making world-class humanoid robots and pet dog robots such as the Sony Aibo. However, the conformist Japanese society and the misfit-intolerant Japanese educational system do not make for the wild-eyed, visionary code warrior necessary to create artificial AI Minds for robots, such as the Aibo Kennel Club Artificial Mind designed and released into the webwilds by ahem, yours truly :-)

One form of Japanese "culture" that Japan ought to suffer universal condemnation for exporting is Japanese military troops being sent to aid and abet the Bushie White House gangsters who are busy stealing the petroleum oil of the Iraqi people.
