Re:Chairman Mao says take the bus!
Such propoganda posters are often artistic works, not photographs.
Wait, are you saying Jesus didn't pose for the Buddy Christ?

Re:preemptive question
But for laughs, let's hear the evidence for #2, especially the part about the beard.

Better Jabba in ANH
Looking at the screenshots at Digital Bits, at least Jabba doesn't look like the Golgothan any more.
Ok, ok, in all fairness, the Golgothan looks better than Jabba '97. -
Idol Worship?
So they plan on getting people to talk up a new product by plugging it on their blog. Then I suppose the idea is to make this new product into a cult phenomenon. Will that make the Raging Cow the next golden calf?
Hmm...making me hungry now. Anyone want to go get a Mooby burger? -

In the nature of all that is good in this world!I will be haivng a View Askew-a-thon
... Starting with Clerks, then Mallrats, a viewing of Chasing Amy, and finally Dogma. The marathon won't be complete because Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back won't be out until Feb. 12th.Basically I feel Kevin Smith has managed to make some of the funniest movies of all time and definantelly appeals to a ninche crowd. I personally own all the movies to date (Along with animated clerks, and a few View Askew comics), but I have yet to hit NJ to see the Jay and Silent Bob's Secret Stash, where basically any View Askew fan woule be in heaven.
There are fun things to do in all the titles as well (besides drink that is),
1.) In every movie there is a reference to Star Wars
2.) In every movie there is a reference to hockey
3.) And in every movie Silent Bob talks at least once.Basically an all around wholesome time. Of course I've already synced the clock on my computer so I will know the INSTANT it is new years
... so that oughta be fun too :-)Happy New Years Everyone.
