In other words, big numbers make Gronk head hurt. Gronk go make fire. Gronk go make boat. Gronk go make fire-in-a-boat. Gronk no happy with fire-in-a-boat. Boat no work, and fire no work, all at same time.

There's a great cartoon online illustrating this, but I can never find it.
Could that be Dresden Codak?

Re:One of the masters
Maybe he went to Secular Heaven

Re:That's fair
And as a True Believer, I tell you that religion (mine , specifically) still works too, even if you don't believe it.
Just try expressing your non-belief to St. Peter when he kindly asks you to step into the Hand Basket instead of inviting you to pass through the Pearly Gates....
For some reason, this made me think of this Dresden Codak cartoon: Secular Heaven. -
Yeah, BUT...I scanned TFA and I'm not sure he has a clue about Linux, IMHO. He appears in the 5th panel of this very cool webcomic and you don't!

Wow, are you like this guy?

Re:On-line (rss!) comics recomendations?
note: I'm stealing descriptions from the wikipedia articles.
- Girl Genius [wp]- Girl Genius is a steampunk tale; "a gaslamp fantasy with adventure, romance and mad science", set in an alternate history "where the Industrial Revolution has become an all-out war" due to the appearance of "Sparks" -- highly charismatic mad scientists with supernormal abilities in one or more sciences.
- Gunnerkrigg Court [wp] - The comic details the strange events that surround protagonist Antimony Carver as she begins life at the foreboding, factory-like school complex of Gunnerkrigg Court.
- Lackadaisy [wp] - Lackadaisy (also known as Lackadaisy Cats) is a webcomic created by artist Tracy J. Butler, set in a Prohibition-era 1927 St. Louis inhabited by anthropomorphic cats. The plot chronicles the fortunes of the Lackadaisy Speakeasy after its founder is murdered.
- Dresden Codak [wp] - Described by the author as a "celebration of science, death and human folly," each comic generally focuses on a concept or theory from modern and postmodern philosophy, psychology, or science (particularly quantum physics)

Also, an interesting indication of quality is the WCCA.

Re:Science press releases: God's gift to surrealis
http://www.dresdencodak.com/cartoons/dc_014.htm
There are always more ways to make it worse...
If a single nanotube can act as a complete radio, and buckyballs exist in cells, could an
organism evolve radios?
Could it be possible for a new animal or plant to be able to listen in on the data sent via radio?
or maybe a better question:
how hard of a fall could it take before snapping? -
How quaint
Information on how to break the light barrier has been around for ages.

AH HA!
I guess the 4 terabyte flash disk will come sooner than I thought. As seen here http://dresdencodak.com/cartoons/dc_037.html
