You tried using Computer Associates another antivirus I turned over on false positives (1/8 over time) & they were caught in ACCOUNTING SCANDALS FRAUD http://www.bing.com/search?q=c...
Reputable source (not): They had to sell off their PC security suite too (crap also) LOWERING the 'threat level' on THAT program (not my hosts file engine) TO ZERO!

To be infected? YOU HAVE TO CATCH IT 1st - my program lastly prevents via a simple principle:
You can't be hurt by what you can't touch & it can't touch you either!

P.S.=> It's more work (probably impossible for typical end users) to create firewall rules in Windows (especially if based on host-domain name, Windows native firewall uses IP addresses NOT host-domain names (which my program gets from 10 reputable security community sources) AND IP addresses are BY FAR less used vs. host/domain names (fastfluxing is why in botnets/malware - makes it hard to pin down & destroy simply by moving it to another dirty hosting provider).
Plus - most common end users don't know about reverse DNS pinging (which my program does for them by the way) to convert host-domain names to IP addresses for firewall use in Windows... apk
