Are you sure you mean virtual memory?
You seem to be confusing virtual memory with physical memory and swap space. Try this.

Re:Remember when eggs were bad for you?
Just to stop anybody on slashdot from switching from (or staying with) butter because this comment has been moderated "interesting"... margarine IS better...as long as you pick a decent one that's not 59 cents per 1 kg tub.
From the Mayo Clinic: http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/butter-vs-margarine/AN00835
The American Heart Association: http://www.americanheart.org/presenter.jhtml?identifier=532And if you're looking for more info, here's how a search engine works:

Re:MS strategy
20% is still using IE6. It's not hard to find out why. Your next points can all be categorized under "talking the talk". As long as they won't do the walk, and crap like IE6/IE7 is still on the market, it's just shallow marketing. Considering your last point, same thing, and remember Vista? Overall not the strongest of arguments there, you're clearly defending a monochrome color instead of discussing all possible sides, Mr. Anonymous Coward. More of the same marketing really. So let me ask you this: are you a fanboy, a MS employee, or is it you, Steve, virtually throwing chairs?

Re:But remember
Wow, that's really bad.
I have seen some decrease in the amount of memory used by 3.x over 2.x, especially when I leave the browser open for days at a time.
On the other hand, 3 does seem to crash more often, at least on me. This page will make it crash every single time on this machine, for example.

Re:i heard polar bears are increasing in nums
Is that what you heard? And did you bother checking to see if it was true or not?
Well, I know that kind of research can be quite daunting, so let me help you.
