It is eminently possible that you might like Watchtower.

Re:What were they thinking?!
Lay down your gun and surrender quiet, or there's gonna be A CAJUN RIOT!!
Ahem. I think that should be 'quietly'
Hm. That seems reasonable. Let's try that and see how it goes...
"Lay down your gun and surrender quietly, or there's gonna be A CAJUN RIOTLY!"
No. That doesn't work at all.

Re:Flawed premise
I'm into the underground metal scene, wherein almost all bands are promoted either by indie labels or by personal efforts on part of the bands. It is a very curious scene, in that most bands do not wish to actively reach out to an audience. Some Black metal bands, in fact have an aversion to being known outside their own circle. So someone, who likes this style of music would almost never hear about these bands through the Bittorrent network. This is where I believe a site like the Metal Archives is of so much help. It currently lists over 67000 bands, with detailed info about the bands, their discography, album reviews; all categorized by genre and country. I guess a similar effort would pay dividends for indie labels of other genres as well.

Re:Finally...
You know, I never thought about looking to the label to see if I could find anything there (tour dates or anything).
After looking, I couldn't find anything at Metalblade.com even mentioning them. It appears according to Encyclopaedia Metallum they quit Metal blade sometime after their 2005 album release and self released their latest (2008) album which is probably why I can't find them. I found a link from a myspace page but It just for the new album and you have to email a hot mail account (like I'm really going to do that with a check information or something) Anyways, most electronic or website places won't carry their stuff, either sold out and have been on back order for a while or are located in Europe and the shipping will be more then the album. Maybe I'm their one American fan from way back? I lost the albums I had when moving a few years ago, I guess I could renew my search for them but I think they got tossed out on accident.

Re:The solution
Very true--"indie" has become a completely corporatized/meaningless word, much like "Alternative"/"Alt" in the 90s. I have to use the unabbreviated "independent" to describe bands like Withered (from Iceland) (whose label is now defunct.)

I call BS
Where in the world do you live? Vatican City? I have not heard of any such thing, and I know of numerous bands across the world with far more inflammatory names than the hardly eyebrow raising one you have stated.
Try some choice ones such as: Impaled Nazarene, Bastard Christ, Christian Epidemic, Dead Christ Cult, and so on. Many more to be found on this list. And these are just names, nevermind song titles and lyrics. -

Re:Burn the Priest
According the metal archives it isn't. I wouldn't be surprised if it was some local band with no released material though.
