E3 nintendo news

This page has the info from ninty about the E3 show, sure I guess a lot of it we might have heard of before, but Wii Fitness was a new one to me. The work out board looks pretty cool too, if they make a way to make it higher then you could do step exercises with it as well. All in all I'm glad I've got a wii/DS combo. -
Interview translations
For those of you who can't get your interview translations fast enough: it seems that Nintendo Europe has been updating theirs faster than NOA.

Re:Which games?
You ask, the DS you provides. If YouTube ever comes back from the dead, here's some in-game footage.

Re:Irritating Stick
I recall that as a game in "Die 100 000 Mark Show" here in Germany. At first they used a metal ring that had to be moved around a pipe without touching (you probably know that from the annual fair), later they went with a rod and added fun stuff like moving walls.
For a videogame implementation it'd also recommend Kurukuru Kururin, it has a similar goal but instead of a stick that's perpendicular to the maze you have a rotating stick that's on the same plane so you have to take its current rotation into account. Too bad only the first game has been released in the west (and only in Europe where irt can still be found in some bargain bins for cheap), it's damn fun and Japan already has three GBA and one GC game of it. -
Re:DS? shouldnt that be GB
Actualy, the DS stands for "developer system", as in, it's the system that developers want
No, the grandparent was correct, and here it is straight from the horse's mouth in a Press Release. Also notice the DS logo, where there are dual 'o's in Nintendo (made a little more square, like the screens on a DS)?

The Last Ninja 4
This sounds just like the game I've been waiting for since the end of the 80s: The Last Ninja 4.. First releasedate was sometime in 2000, then the releasedate has drifted about half a year every 6 months... It was supposed to be released for the Game Cube Q4 2003, but I haven't heard a single word about it for a long time now...
SimonSays still says "September 2003" for the X-Box version but no more news there... Amazon says February 2004...
The story continues... ;) -
Subway players and Europe's Sexy SP Campaign
I'm 27 and I play my SP in public. I'm not the only one. I see other adults playing them regularly on the subway.
You should check out Nintendo's campaign in Europe. Young attractive couples half naked in bed playing gameboy. (possibly not safe for work)
