Re:Scrap them all
you mean like this:

Re:Fortunately they are easy to identify,
For example the Texas ID law exempts registered gun owners and senior citizens from the ID requirement.
Registered gun owners = carry permit.
Senior citizens = AARP card or similar health-related ID.
But somehow, it's not OK to accept those forms of ID (both of which require at least some form of verification), but it's totally cool to show a utility bill or not even show anything at all.
Makes total sense.
What's next, outrage over members of the police and military (who also vote overwhelmingly conservative) who can substitute their police or military ID for other forms of ID? OH MY GOD WE CAN'T HAVE THAT.
Oh wait, it's not like all the overseas military members get ballots, anyway, since some states just can't handle the daunting task of putting some paper into envelopes and mailing them. http://www.wlsam.com/Article.asp?id=1985148&spid=
(Hey, gotta give Illinois credit, they were dealing with their Democrat (surprise!) governor lying through his teeth at the time. Handling yet another Democrat's massively illegal fuck-ups is far more important than the Constitutional rights of the men and women who are fighting and dying overseas.)
And those who do get to vote, assuming they don't hail from the ultra-blue Illinois or New York, can sleep soundly, knowing that Democrats would never do anything to get illegal votes that would cancel theirs out: http://www.rottenacorn.com/activityMap.html -
Re:skeptical
[citation needed]
Really? You really think that a years-long string of state and federal investigations into repeat offenses by ACORN will somehow just go away because you trot out the "citation needed" card? Just spend a couple of moments Googling, why don't you.
Of course the left-leaning blogosphere is whistling past the graveyard, and hoping nobody notices the mess. But people who don't actually like George Soros et al are happy to accumulate some salient details for you . -
Re:RTFS??
Not entirely true: "The Supreme Court later ruled in 1999 that the use of statistical sampling cannot be used to apportion House seats, but indicated that adjustments could be made to the population count when redrawing congressional boundaries."
Who gets to define the sampling algorithms? Who gets to certify that the sampling is "correctly done?" Such a process would be completely unconstitutional anyway (the Constitution says you've got to count actual people, not "guess" how many there are), and with ACORN helping with the Census count, don't forget that there are many of us who remember how they rigged the false voter registrations of inner city residents prior to the last election and believe that, at the very least, such an important process deserves more impartial bipartisan oversight.

Touché
Barack Obama, for four years in the 1990s, you were on the executive board of an education foundation named the Chicago Annenberg Challenge, founded by ex-Weather Underground Organization leader William Ayers. In a spring debate, you claimed he was "not somebody who I exchange ideas with on a regular basis", and just "a guy who lives in my neighborhood". Given that you launched your presidential campaign from Mr. Ayers home, how do you explain this discrepancy?
Barack Obama, records show that you have received the second largest amount of monetary donations from the now bankrup Fannie Mae mortgage lender. In 2005, you were praised by Fannie Mae CEO Daniel Mudd because of your work in congress on Fannie's behalf. Was the praise because of your vote against the Housing Reform Act of 2005 that would have prevented the 2008 collapse of the lending institutions?
Barack Obama, you have often touted your experience as a community organizer in the streets of Chicago as evidence of your qualifications to lead. You have worked extensively with one such group, ACORN, which recently endorsed you for president, where you acknowledged your work with ACORN in Project Vote in 2004. Given that ACORN members are frequently convicted of committing voter fraud, can you please explain your relation to this organization?
