Re:5 dimensions?
No no no. There are 10 dimensions:

Chuck is all 10 + 1 because... wait for it... Chuck Norris goes to 11.

Why not 10 dimensions?
6 dimensions more than in TFA:

Re:Paranormal = Misunderstood natural phenomena...
Well considering it was an event that happened 8 months before the game came out, and it was in EXACTLY detail (i.e. the textures, stairs, locations, lights, etc).
I know it was not:
1) Memory error, pure fantasy.
2) Confirmation bias.
So any explanation you have based on those two, cross off your list. If you have possible explanations I'd like to hear them.
Also an interesting video here about string theory and multiple dimensions:

Imagining the Tenth Dimension
Imagine upto 10th Dimension.

It has a very good video to make one understand the dimensions upto 10th dimension. -
6? How about 10
I wonder if anyone came across this: Tenth Dimension

Re:The trick is projection
Actually, this website instructs you how to visualize the ten dimensions of string theory. Has anyone read the book that it's advertising?

10 I get -- but what is the 11th?
I'm rather curious about the 11th dimension. I used to think that anything beyond, oh, five dimensions was totally weird, but then I saw this [1] explanation --- but it only goes to 10.
So, what's going on in the 11th, or are these completely different sorts of dimensions? (I'm no scientist...)

Re:Flipping Burgers?Harder to understand? Yes. Impossible to visualize? Yep. Quite. Found some help for understanding from here.

Re:Yea, but what's outside
The fourth dimension could easily be physical. There's definitely a dimension we percieve as time. But just as we don't implicitly define what directions dimensions one, two and three are pointing, we don't say that time is always the fourth dimenion. It's just a cleaner explanation that way.
Oh, and if you're curious as to an "alternate" theory, there's some mindblowing stuff here: http://www.tenthdimension.com/flash2.php (Warning, contains Flash for you paranoids)
