Ironic as "major" distros dropped 32bit.

Re:Microsoft didn't force systemd on me.
With only hobbyist Linux distros now not forcing systemd on me, I've been forced to move to FreeBSD. It wasn't Microsoft that made me ditch Linux; it was the Linux community itself that did that.
Red Hat was patient zero, and infected both Arch and Debian.
Ubuntu contracted it from Debian.
Mint contracted it from Ubuntu. There are quarantine zones where systemd dare not tread, and the number of survivors who reach them grows daily.
There are several great Linux distros without systemd:
Devuan (a fork; Debian without systemd)
Gobolinux
Void LinuxAnd of course the old guard distros that had natural immunity to systemd:
Gentoo
SlackwareDon't give up on Linux. It is more crucial than ever to group with other systemd survivors and lend support to those who still need to be evacuated from the contaminated distros.

Re:Systemd-free
I recommend trying out Void Linux as well. IMO, it's basically the lightweight foldable chair of Linux distributions. It's designed to work on small SoCs like the RPi, and it's also systemd free, although I think it's possible to replace runit with it. See chair analogy.

Void Linux
Try Void Linux, a rolling distro that doesn't suck:
- System-wide LibreSSL by default (maybe the first linux distro to do so)
- runit instead of systemd
- multilib aware ... and more. -
Re:Can it run Flash?
You might want to try another distro, this one has images for odroids
http://www.voidlinux.eu/#downl...
It has a very fast package manager, But I only tried it out on intel -
Re:last usable Debian was squeeze
I am exploring some other linux distributions as well as BSD. http://voidlinux.eu/ seems pretty nice but still in early stage of developement. It uses 'runit' as init system, packaging system si something like NetBSD pkgsrc. Other option is to replace all my linux boxes wth NetBSD (as I am using it since 2.0 version)
:) Debian is dying, I can clearly see this now and I wonder when stupid people took over leadership of Debian??? -
