The polls going into the election had Hillary up 2-5% points

The NY Times had Hillary as an 85% chance to win the day before the election. But if you're going to pretend that the media was sure it was going to be a close race from the beginning when actually most of them ranged from "he's a clown" to "no chance" for the entire campaign, there really is no point in talking. The gods themselves argue in vain against fools.

When you elect a candidate who has run his campaign on racism, hate speech, sexism and intolerance, violence is what you're going to get.

Given what we've seen from Trump's opposition, that isn't an idle threat:

- paid protestors to incite violence and shut down political rallies
- politically affiliated mobs marching down NYC streets chanting for the death of law enforcement
- People being beaten on the street for who they show political support for.

While reading your post, I found several items to make no sense to me at all. I mean no offense, but it seems you are not well-informed about several aspects of modern politics, especially regarding violence and protests. Let me give my take on your comment.

I have been very disappointed in the response of the losing side over this election.

I find it hard to be disappointed when people act exactly like I would expect them to act in a given situation. Staged rioting, funded by outsiders, is commonplace among the American left today. From Black Lives Matter, back to Occupy Wall Street, to violent protests on any number of college campuses, it is now the norm, not the exception.

This is the kind of behavior I feared that would flare up on the other side when Trump lost the "rigged" election and the faithful rose up in revolt.

Why? How often to conservatives or Republicans riot? Did any Tea Party protests incite violence? Hmmm, let's see. "one of the Tea Partiers can be seen having an argument with one of the ANSWER counter-protesters when that counter-protester pummels him with his sign."

Phone would randomly shutdown even though battery was 40%+ per the iOS UI. If I then tried to power it back up I would get the big charging icon, implying that the battery was completely drained. If I then charged the battery for just 5 minutes the phone would work fine and allow the battery to be discharged from its previously indicated 40%+ as expected. Based on my observations it appeared to be an intermittent problem with the power gauge firmware mistakenly detecting the battery as depleted and engaging the Li-Ion full-discharge protection logic as a result.

I brought mine to the Genius bar and of course all their battery diagnostics showed nothing wrong. Took three return attempts before they finally agreed to replace my phone even though it was still under warranty. This guy wasn't as persistent as me:
