DOOM III This Summer
Crusader writes "Activision and id Software have issued a press release announcing that DOOM III will be released this summer. A Linux client has also been in development alongside the requisite Win32 version."

Has anyone heard if NIN's soundtrack is making it into the game or not?

I use Macs for work, Linux for education, and Windows for cardplaying.
Trent left the project as it was taking too long and he wanted to get started on a new album. As far as I know none of the work he did will end up in the final game.
