Nice marketing move of Google to get this right on Microsofts announcement, but:
Why isn't there a "Yaser Arafat has died" or something story in the Politics section? Or is the section only for USA politics? Looking at Google news, it is hard to deny it's an important political story.

It's just that Rain Man guy. He hacked google by dialing up their secret modem bank and emulated a dialup connection with nothing but his mouth!
Then he added 3 billion entries into google's database for "Silverware Drawer" and "Tom Cruise is a tool, definately a TOOL"

i don't know if it's news or not, but c|net news was reporting gmail now offeres free pop access.
that's cool.
i have gmail invites for free that require no ipod or free lcd signup. i just have no one to give them too. everyone i *know* has one already. i have six.
and it's more fun to talk to someone than just to submit them to the gmailinvitecache.

that they would clear out all the 404 errors, and old entries that dont exist anymore.
My site has had numerous CMS's running on it, and you can still view the old content which doesnt even exist anymore.
the image search is even worse, but hey why bother making the service useful, saying it searches over 8 whatever it is now sounds better.
