Online Addiction Centers Open
wlarsong writes "Cnn.com is reporting that online addiction centers have opened in Beijing. Many of the people attending this clinic are in the age range of 12-24 years old and are mostly male. The symptoms of internet addiction mentioned in the article include sleep deprivation, depression, and nervous shaking of the hands. Internet addiction has been an increasing problem in the newly developed nation of China who now has nearly 100 million online users."
Phew, I was worried after those first couple symptoms, but luckily my hands don't shake so I'm just fine.
I think that sounds like poor ol Joe Lieberman during the last election, sometime after it hit him that he would not win and before he pulled out of the race, but he was still stumping anyway.
Don't blame Durga. I voted for Centauri.

Online addicts are permitted to browse only at special addiction center computers, that randomly flash pics of goatse and tubgirl every 5 mouse clicks or so.
After a while, the addicted person simply loses their taste for the online experience.

Well it seems that now that the internet has taken firm ground in the daily lifestyle of most people. It is just turning into another addiction like alcohol or drugs. I mean though, now a days people can understand alcohol and drug adictions, but, wow, try this out: "I have rehab tonight, sorry." "Alcohol or drugs?" "Internet addiction..." "............aaaaahhahahahahahahahhahahahah!!!!!"
How many people want to bet these centers are treating political dissidents who spend too much time on the internet i.e. go past proxies, setup political web sites, distibute pro-democracy propaganda, Tianamen videos. I bet my hands will shake too after being in solitary for a while. Cultural Revolution version 2.0
