>You know that the journalist was beheaded so what information is restricted?
Do you really?
I saw a big purple elephant fly by this morning too. I didn't take any pictures or video, but it was there. Trust me.
... a red cross to inform people not to waste their time!
I have seen the video and it is absolutely fake. I think that is probably the main reason why it is being censored.
100% Propaganda.
I wish I had known how uninteresting and boring coding could be when working for a corporation. It was the ability to be creative and imaginative that made me fall in love with coding in the early eighties.
Although I still work in IT, I generally don't code for companies anymore.
And somehow coding has miraculously become very interesting once again!
"The Creature From Jekyll Island" by G. Edward Griffin should be mandatory reading for all politicians & presidential candidates.
For those who may have difficulty reading (not to mention any names, but the current President comes to mind), there is a video by Paul Grignon called "Money As Debt"; and one entitled "America: Freedom to Fascism" by Aaron Russo.
Both of these videos are excellent educational
resources.
Drunk driving is irresponsible and dangerous, and it is (unfortunately) a reality.
Instead of banishing those actions from the game completely, why not punish the player for their actions?
I don't mean getting a ticket or losing your car in the game, but something more profound - like erasing all of the player's saved games.
> Stoddart said the licenses, touted as an alternative to a passport for the purpose of crossing the U.S. border
As long as it's still an 'alternative', it is not mandatory. We simply need to analyze our options and choose wisely before crossing the border.
Maybe they'll get the hint and scrap the idea.
> Does Anonymity in Virtual Worlds Breed Terrorism?
No.
Kidnapping (middle-eastern) foreigners (after slaughtering their families), imprisoning them in camps such as Guantanamo Bay without a right legal counsel or defence and torturing them for years, breeds terrorism.
Restricting anonymity in virtual worlds breeds fascism.
I agree that people should be responsible for their actions, but in this case the banks should pay.
Why?
Because the banking system is crooked and stingy. They operate on a system called 'fractional reserve banking' which means that they can lend out more money than they actually have AND charge interest on it!
If you or I do this it's called 'fraud'.
Unfortunately the banksters will likely figure out a way to profit from phishing. The term 'Internet User Security Fee' comes to mind.
Of course, the fine print in the contract will completely absolve the bank of any liability from employing this 'service', and the service fee will merely be just another service charge (money grab) that makes the customer 'feel' safe, but offering no real protection.
Banks steal from and defraud the average person every day. Someone said earlier 'Hit them where it hurts'.
I agree wholeheartedly:)
I heard the NSA is capable of such mischief. Just sayin'.
This is a Google product. Nothing to see here, move along.

Non-malicious malware.... Dudware?

What does it take to get a PC with XP? Piracy.

I'll bet those numbers would be reversed here in the Great White north!
They're officially closing the doors? I guess global warming won't be an issue anymore. Hell just froze over.
My cell phone battery says 'thank you'.
Bush thinks he's world emperor, not just U.S. president. Nothing like a moron with delusions of grandeur.
I can see the Fox News headlines now: "Bushwhacked; War on Terrorism now shifts to Obama vs. Osama". The difference is BS.
Hmmm... Motors...magnetic flux... capactitors... A little plutonium & a Delorean and he's got a time machine.

'nuf said.
I'm betting Phillip Morris will make the first and last purchase of this wonderful product. :)
It's not about right or left....
It's about right and wrong.
Agreed. Never give in to American fascism.
Hopefully the find the missing footage from 9/11 that they claim to have lost and post it. http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/theeditors/2007/02/part _of_the_conspiracy.html
