Even if this did pass, and comcast was told they had to police their customers... so what? Comcast doesn't go out of their way to fix my service when I am paying for it. Why would they go out of their way to stop my service AND my payment? They would just end up putting together some bullshit task force that would expand to meet the needs of the expanding bureaucracy.
Computing got revolutionized by using base 2, not base 10. This is be cause on/off (click/no click) is easy to understand. Imagine explaining to your parents or grand parents how to pan between applications. Touch/Pinch is doable, but once you get into 2/3/4 finger pinch, things get confusing.
What really blows my mind is that there is no hand-mash predefined function.

The first thing I do when I land in a foreign nation is strip all my plugs and jam the bare wires in the outlet.
